As title, great location.. few minutes walk from a big shopping mall and access to subway. Room is big and clean. A decent choice for downtown location. more

First of all, I loved the property location, room size, cleanliness and maintenance of the property given it's age, and service ethic. The flat screen tv's in the room were fantastic. Back to this hotel after an extended absence; wish I could say that Crowne Plaza has made improvements but I cannot make this statement -- note that this hotel used to be an independent hotel named "the Landmark" before affiliating with Crowne Plaza and other than the name on the building, I cannot tell the difference. By far Landmark Shenzhen has provided me the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Staying here will spoil you! I stayed at the Crowne Plaza with my husband & 2 teenage children. We had booked 2 rooms. Check in was easy and the rooms were huge! The service here was great from the front desk to waiters to the IT department. The room was large with very comfortable furniture. The biggest problem with this hotel are the crowds gathered outside the hotel at night trying to solicit guests with prostitution. more

I was travelling alone on business and found this hotel to be excellent. The location was great with plenty of shopping nearby such as the King Glory Plaza and the area felt safe.
