Got upgraded to suite room. The room and stay is ok, the problem is the bathroom leaks to the room. As always in China, English is quite a feat, so its time to beef up your Chinese language. Metro is 1 block away, shopping center also, so food and getting around wont be a problem

Novotel always guarantee a good quality and similar standards. Rooms are clean. TV is fine. Internet was Ok. Did not have WIFI, but I asked for a ROuter and they brought it free of charge and quick! The staff attended very well he taxi driver while I was comming to the Hotel.

Not all hotel staff especiallybat the reception cant speak english. i suggest all the frontliners staff can speak english. the location of the hotel quite good but the building looks old and hidden. to the MRT( Metro ) also near. the quality of the hotel not equal for the price. the quality should be better.
