Rooms are nice, lots of space. Service is great, staff is friendly. Some of them speak very good English so you won't have any problems. The hotel is not far from the subway station. Very convenient if you want to go to town or downtown. Will come again and refer to others!

A decent enough hotel for a short stay but soulless like so many modern hotels. I only booked as the other highly rated station hotel was full. Given the very competitive charge through Ctrip my 4* rating reflects value for money in a decent modern clean room. Whatever you do don't get a snack in the cafe/restaurant. I made this... More

I was in this hotel for 5 nights in a business trip. In general I consider this as a good hotel. It is located in a good place, three blocks away from a shopping mall, supermarket, and restaurants zone (8 minutes by walking) Getting to the Metro and train station (North Shenzhen Railway Station) taks 5 minutes by taxi or... I was pleased to hear when I checked in that I got an upgraded to an even bigger executive room. What I noticed later was that my room rate was 100 RMB more than when I booked the room. What went wrong: a terrible smell on the executive floor as I was walking through a chicken stable. TV remote control... More

Ramada plaza in Shenzhen is one of the few hotels i feel are better in Shenzhen. The Staff is friendly but not so good in English, the service is ok but not great, the location is wonderful and the Rooms, Pool and the view are awesome. The food especially breakfast is wonderful. Western food is good with preferred taste as... More

I didn't stay in the Hotel, but took clients there for lunch break. It was dirty, no one spoke English and the food was terrible. It amazes me that it can carry the Ramada brand. It is listed as a 5* hotel but looks more like 3* at best.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2014

The rooms are basically ok, rather large, modern. I still question the necessity to have full transparent door for the bathroom/toilet. I have seen this in other places but I fail to see the point of such design. The service is quite poor. Staff doesn't understand english and sometimes you wonder if they can even understand chinese. Breakfast is quite... More

I have to agree with a few of the other reviewers in terms of what is expected from the Ramada Group of hotels. As mentioned in the title it seems to be relatively new with all the latest bells and whistles in the room. Unfortunately this also comes with Staff who cannot speak English and have no idea of personal... More
