Very new. Very modern. Having the Maillen club next door means you can have a nice swim or go the gym. If you are comparing to Fraser Place nearby, Fraser apartments are bigger, but somewhat older. The buffet breakfast at the Maillen is much better. There is also the Grape restaurant at the Ascott, and nothing equivalent at Fraser.
