stayed for 3 nights on business - room was spotless, nice view over the shopping mall... 1st floor 'westerm bar' serves good steaks - however, my colleague and myself were the only persons in it !!..breakfast was ok but expensive... The Pavilion is relatively new (less than 3 years old), with a good location in Shenzhen. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants also are nice, although a bit limited in selection other than the cafe/buffet. Nice fitness area as well. Would stay here again. more

Checkin was easy and efficient. The hotel is obviously new and very clean. I found the hotel noisy. My room(1809) had a lot of road noise and all the rooms face out onto main roads so I suspect they are all the same. Also, my room had a strange vibration noise like when you open a car window at speed... more
