I was lucky enough to stop at this grand hotel whilst on business in the local area. As soon as you enter this hotel at either of its two lobby areas, you are blown away by the majesty of the interior. I was informed that this was the first 5 Star Hotel in the area and it's not difficult to... More

The advantage of the hotel is proximity to exhibits and factories, no interesting restaurant or shopping mall nearby. I paid RMB600 for my room, a similar hotel in Shenzhen would probably cost RMB500, and this hotel is not exactly located in prime real estate area. Also, I went on non exhibit dates. I would probably choose to pay for taxi... More

I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trade show, which was at the Modern Exhibition Center right across the street. I was upgraded to a room on the 48th floor which was very spacious. The bathroom was fabulous with every amenity you could want, even a TV screen built into the mirror above the bath. The towels were... More

The hotel is located across the Dongguan Exhibition hall and it is very convenient for participants to stay. The room is large, clean and pretty nicely decorated with free wi-fi. There are ample restaurants for you to choose - Chinese, Italian, Japanese and some bars for drinking. Service is average as some doesn't speak English. Nothing much within the vicinity... More

If you are attending an event at the fair, you cannot beat the across-the-street access to the Modern International Exhibition Center. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. That said, the location is not really suitable for walking anywhere nearby. Restaurants and shopping are referenced as a 10-minute taxi ride away. Maybe ok if you have a car or... More

A 5 star hotel without much surprise very good . Large and nicely designed rooms , nice hotel lay out , good breakfast . The location makes it remote for hollidays but in the middle of the action for business . I was there on a saturday , a busy day for high quality hotels that are more than lively... More

I've stayed in this hotel at least 20 times, as it is a cross the street from the fair. The rooms are big and comfy but except the show across the street - there's nothing around there. After every stay at this hotel. I make a promise never to stay there again and keep forgetting. There is hardly anyone who... More

Booked this hotel through Agooda. Managed to get a King executive room for 750 nzd for 3 nights and worth every penny. I tried to book through my travel agent who tried to charge 1200 for a lesser room. With the executive room you get access to the executive floor where you are treated like a king. The room itself... My husband usually stays here when he is on business trip and wanted us to experience the real Regal feel. So on the last leg of our China Hongkong trip, we checked in to this hotel with previous booking . It was late in the evening and there was some confusion regarding the block which we had booked and which... More

You will be hard pressed to find or stay in a nicer hotel than this anywhere in the world. It is centrally located between Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan. The area around the hotel isn't beautiful but I'm assuming if your here it's for business. With that said it's beyond your expectations I promise you. Hotel is very quiet, you will... More
