This was my third stay at this property and my third time to be disappointed. The disappoints are always the same; 1) The staff tries hard but there are virtually no English speakers and those they have are quite limited. 2) The rooms are hot because they turn off the Air Conditioning cooling H2O. After much complaining they finally agreed... More

I am sweating whilst writing this review. That is how bad the temperature of the room is. Whilst trying to logically understand the concept of turning off the main Air Cond unit to merely wind blowing when outside temperature is 23 degree celcius, claiming energy friendly as their reasoning since it is 'cold' outside. Not that I am bad mouthing... More

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so dining has to be sought inhouse unless you can speak Chinese. Unless you need absolute privacy or your hotel bill are reimbursed, avoid the Executive room which does not add much value. The executive lounge is not served by a full time staff and you have DIY for coffee, etc. Food... More

This is indeed a wonderful hotel. Great pool, restaurants, etc. My only complaint is that is in the middle of nowhere, meaning that you are pretty much stuck at the hotel, unless you want to take a taxi somewhere. I prefer to stay in the ChangPing area of Dongguan for the simple reason that it opens up so many other... More

Stayed here for work for 3 nights this past week. I thought it was much better than your average business hotel, very international. Multiple restaurants and great service. I was sick so I was in the hotel most of the time and they were very accommodating. I know the hotel is quite old but the rooms look to refurbished or... More

I usually fly into hong kong. u can arrange to take a van/bus to the crown prince at the HK airport but its way more faster to call ahead to the hotel and have them send a car for you. its about a 2.5 hr drive from hk airport. the hotel is clean, safe and just a swell place. all... More

This is a modern, hotel with excellent facilities. It's located in an Industrial City - so no reason to visit except on business. The Rooms are large, clean & comfortable, with a big bathtub & separate shower. DVD player & a few discs are provided in case you don't like the TV channels. The breakfast is superb - with Western... Donggaun being an industrial area does not have a very large selection of good international standard hotels. The Crown Prince Hotel is a very good choice when visiting this area. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms large, clean, and in good condition. The beds are very comfortable - unlike the typical very hard beds in China. The food is... More

From the moment you arrive, you can see its 5 star. Unbelieveable value for 30euro/night b&b (for two adults). All rooms are delux, with remote control for blinds, lights, tv etc. Internet is perfect and fast, even in the lobby. Lobby, toilet is a must visit, will not give away the surprise in the gents ! Food very good and... More
