Have had to stay here a few times now. Early days people spoke or at least could understand English. Not any more. No chilled wines even though they have a large menu they have no wines that are on the menu. Its just a mess trying to get these nice people to understand anything. What has happened to the management??... More

The food was good, there is WiFi, the service is also great, but the rooms were so small and the bath left a lot to dream about, and if you asked for a communicate room they don't have so don't even ask them. Also the staff english level was behind minimums, they never understood you.

I've been coming to this hotel for 6 years now. At first when I came it was a little tired but the transformation to make it very comfortable to a Western business traveler is amazing. The service the food the tv the internet the Starbucks the pub the bed the pillows....it all ticks the boxes. It's still not absolutely luxurious... More

I stayed several nights at the Grand Noble Hotel in Humen Guangdong. The hotel in fine, nice rooms, staff and the food is good particularly in the 1st floor bar/restaurant. Unfortunately Humen isn't so nice. Handy for the Ferry to HKIA but not a lot more going for the City which is very busy and not very clean. Try GUANGZHOU... More

I last reviewed this hotel a couple of years ago when I had been staying there for a 3 month extended stay. I have been back a couple of times in the last two years but this week, went for just a 1 night stay and I have to say - the welcome was fantastic. Staff there from almost 4... More

The first time I stayed here was back in 2010, and after exploring other hotels in the area I decided to return to the Grand Noble. All I can say is that the rooms & service remain good after all these years and for the price this is probably one of the best values in the area; the location is... More

My wife stays at this hotel at least ten days in every month. On this occasion I accompanied her on one of my twice yearly trips. Whilst not the newest hotel in town it continues to retain a certain charm and the management and staff go out of their way to please. The rooms are of a good size and... More

It was the spring season I visited Dongguan for business trip. Firstly, the simple decorating lobby did not bring much of my attention. However, when I walk in the room, I said "Wow". Room is big with very nice chair and desk. I have spent my night working time on it.Soft bed and comfort pillow made me feel fresh in... More

I have stayed in several supposedly "better" hotels in China, but find I keep coming back to the Grand Noble when in Humen. The Sofitel adjacent is "grander" and I've stayed there too. But here, the staff tend to be more personable, the pool good enough for a daily workout and open early too. Gym OK with free weights and... More

I just got back from a 6 day business trip to Humen, and I stayed at the Grand Noble for all 5 nights. I am an experience traveler, and my tastes are relatively refined, but my nose is always looking for good value. The Grand Noble hotel is clean, the bathrooms are nice, breakfast is free (American and Chinese buffet...and... More
