The Sheraton in Dongguan is average. They did upgrade me to a great room but there were other issues, WI FI was only available in the lobby lounge which was immensely irritating. Stayed at the Sheraton Dongguan recently. Upon check-in, observed that the front desk staff spoke English reasonably well, but were quite slow in their dealings with guests.
