Four of us from Singapore stayed 5 days in Jingmin Central and received throughout 5-star treatment from the staff - from the front office to the housekeeping to the concierge, everyone was superb. Little gestures like leaving fruits in the room every day and acceding to our requests for extra mineral water and coffee packs make our stay extra pleasant.... More

After spending 5 years in China, this is by far the most well-run Chinese-owned hotel I have ever visited. Friendly and helpful staff and management who looks after small details like fresh fruit offered every morning and little gifts upon arrival. Great location for finding local food and culture, 20 minute cab to the touristy cafe street area (Marco Polo... More

I have stayed at this hotel for one to two months. I return because of its central location but most of all its friendly staff. It's a five star hotel that has not had the investment put into it so is starting to look a bit shabby. The buffet food is very average but the a la carte takes some... More

This hotel touts itself as a 5 star hotel but I am not sure buy which standard this rating has been made. While I will say the hotel provides very acceptable accommodations, 5 stars sets an expectation that was not met. Standard rooms are very small but well maintained, inclusive breakfast is average and the lobby seems to be a... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the end of our stay, very good valet service which was included in the cost of the hotel stay. Check in was very easy and staff friendly. The room was a little small, but reasonably ok. The breakfast was great with Western, Chinese and... More

We stayed here four nights. The room is quite small but comfortable and has everything you need. Shuttle bus service to the ferry is convenient. What makes the difference is the staff. They are very polite, professional and extremely helpful. Business center had helped us with our travelling plan and made our visit to Xiamen a happy one.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip for two nights in Xiamen. It was reasonably nice, though the first night I arrived late, after the restaurants closed at 10PM. There's a McDonald's next to the hotel, as well as small convenience store, and the rain discouraged my colleagues for doing anything more adverturesome than that for dinner. The... More

Stayed here for about 5 days. Good food, nice staff, and comfortable. Although its located a little far from things, it is still not too far to the main business areas. The staff let us use all the facilities after returning from a 3 - day UNESCO tour, which was also fantastic.

I stayed for two nights and found the hotel to be ideally located in the centre of Xiamen. It is quite a Chinese hotel, with most of the guests appearing to be domestic tourists, however staff speak enough English for you to get by OK. My room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary fruit and snacks being there on arrival... More

Good accommodation at reasonable price in Xiamen. Large well equipped room (smoking possible) and a large breakfast buffet. The restaurant can do western dishes and nice hot pots. Not a sightseeing trip so no idea about the location convenience.
