overall, it's good. the bed is quite hard though. some of the staff members can speak basic english but more hotel staff should be able to speak english to be able to serve international guests better.

your experience in a hotel on arrival always sets the tone for the place. I arrived late and was welcomed efficiently and promptly. The room was clean and fresh smelling - an important first impression. A Wi-Fi problem was dealt with promptly and no fuss. Food was a good standard. I will stay here again if I am back in... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and i wouldn't go back again. The bed is the hardest bed i have ever slept on, the lights are flickering, the room is so dark and the bathroom is so smelly. The aircon is adjusted by the hotel to fan during morning so when i go back to my room after... More

Xiamen was our first stop in China in our grand tour of the world. The hotel was difficult to find, so try and get a decent map, or ensure the taxi driver knows where he is going.
