It's a pleasant time when stay in Ramada Xiamen, stretch and relax in the suitable room furnished with nessary facilities, amazing view through the window in the higher stories. The employees in the lobby, front deck, restaurant or even the room server are sending their heartly greeting with smile on their face. Ramada Xiamen is the place you can refresh... More

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ladies on the front desk were excellent when checking in. Upgraded to suite on 18th floor which was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was good, not much western choice, but enough pastries and toast to satisfy. 23rmb taxi from the airport.

Stayed here for few nights on 2 trips, was paid by the host company. Location was average, not the easiest place to get a cab, but that might be said for the whole city. Room was very decent, clean and pretty big. Nice tv channels with plenty of international options. Had nice breakfast with plenty of variety too, and room... More

Booked through Hotel.com and they failed to advise me the club floor didn't have a lounge any longer...Room was of good size but old and didn't feel fresh.. In bathroom no personal size soap or shampoo just large bottles that former guest would use..terrible and disgusting. Food was just OK at best had lunch buffet and everything was old..again not... Due to Chinese National Holiday season, we were not able to stay at our favorite hotel. This hotel is located in the older part of town, not the new district. Like everything, it is a dated hotel but we won't complain. It is as clean as it can be for such a dated property. I received a suite however no... More

Rooms are clean but outdated and I really missed a comfortable chair in the room. Staff is really helpfull and friendly but not all are able to speak English. Had a major problem with sending e-mails through the hotels internet system. Staff advised me regarding to this but I had the idea this is not in their control.............. On of... More

Stayed for three nights last April. The hotel is what you would expect from a four star. Good rooms and service. The bathroom was a bit old and worn out but pretty much functional. Breakfast buffet is on the upper side of the 4 star fair, a lot of choices (eastern and western) and quite delicious. All in all the... More

Well, I was in Xiamen just couple of weeks ago for a famous worldwide exhibition, and our chinese colleagues have organized our stay in this hotel. The room was provided with matrimonial bed, minibar, safe, desktop with cable for internet, and a clean toilet with shower box. The bidet in the toilet was missing. The chinese staff was as usual... This is one of the hotels I really want to be back again. Clean and very comfortable rooms, breakfast is very tasty and give enough choices. I didnt expect such a service in Xiamen for sure. Taxi easily find the way to the hotel. I was totally satisfied.

Chose this hotel purely for location (near where I had to be). Room was spacious and clean, bed was big and very comfy. Found ALL staff members to be extremely friendly, housekeeping were full of smiles, front desk very helpful and welcoming. As for food, I only tried breakfast and it was above average for Chinese 4 star. Eggs, bacon,... More
