Stayed in this hotel before during my visit to Xiamen, stay there for 3 nights and the room is quite cozy. Majority of the furniture are new. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, About 10 minutes walk to the night market. Breakfast they serve is good, ranging from oriental to western. Definitely worth the price.
