Hotel is ok, has a good location, close to several restaurants, nice view from my room. Went there on business (3 nights) so room and service was all I really cared about. Tiny gym and and small pool. Not really the best choice if you are travelling with family. Restaurant exceeded my expectations but I wouldn't call it great. It... More

Stayed over a week at Diego de Almagro Hotel in Punta Arenas, Chile while my honey recovered from surgery. The hotel has a good downtown location and offers free parking in their garage. Breakfast is included in the rate and has a good variety of choices. Free wifi, a business center with two computers and a printer are also included... More

I agree with reviews about it being tired, overpriced and need of re-do. The staff is pleasant. The food in the dining room is ok but expensive. The breakfast was OK. Room was comfortable but a bit worn. Either the heat was on or off and nothing in between. I changed after two days to the Best Western (here for... More

The hotel can be likened to a Travelodge in the UK. The rooms are relatively large but could do with a refurbishment. The view from the rooms overlooking the sea is good but there is a road between the hotel and the sea seemingly beloved of boy racers with old cars and large exhausts. The hotel itself was very noisy... More

The only two things I can give a thumbs up on this hotel is the Internet service and the laundry service. I delayed my review of this hotel hoping things would get better, they only got worse. The first thing you notice is the sour smell of the room. The cleaning people are obviously using dirty sour rags to wipe... More

Stayed here for a number of nights and had a pleasant enough stay. Nothing wrong with this hotel but nothing really stood out either. Nice large rooms, good size bathrooms, good hot water, comfortable beds, some rooms have nice views across the water. Rooms a little old and tired but comfortable enough. Location is good, short walk to the centre... More

They have a good heating which is very important in Punta Arenas but the hair dryer was very bad though.

Nice, clean hotel located on the water and about 5 minutes from the center of town. The reataurant is nice and features a good breakfast selection. I stayed there as part of a tour package but noticed the posted prices in the lobby (~$120-150) which I thought was a good value given that the rooms were modern, spacious and clean.
