They have a good heating which is very important in Punta Arenas but the hair dryer was very bad though.

Nice, clean hotel located on the water and about 5 minutes from the center of town. The reataurant is nice and features a good breakfast selection. I stayed there as part of a tour package but noticed the posted prices in the lobby (~$120-150) which I thought was a good value given that the rooms were modern, spacious and clean.
