This is a chain hotel in Chile, but it is all well-thought out, rooms are supremely comfortable and big, elevators quick, its 100 percent warm on the cold days...and good food on top of it. Try the ostiones at dinner! The pool looks like it works well as a lap pool, and there is a sauna, its all adequate but... More

Most accommodations in Punta Arenas has seen better days, so in a way they all share the same aging patterns with no recent updates, and this one is no exception. This hotel has the best view of the city and a great location near various restaurants. The room are clean and spacious but the mattresses were worn out and the... More

I stay here regularly on business. The rooms are spacious and generally clean. At busy times it can be quite noisy, especially if you have a room directly above the dining room or have one with an interconnecting door. However, sea view rooms are great, bathrooms are good and beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly although sometimes take... More

The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant is good and has a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wi-fi signal was strong and the bandwidth adequate. The location is close to downtown. The common rooms were also comfortable. I would certainly recommend.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Ideal location at walking distance from the city center. Free wifi gives it a plus. Good breakfast and service. The pool is small and also the gym but if its not too cold its pretty entretaining.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with superb views of famous straits. Unique to be some comfortable in a remote region. The waterfront outside was rather noisy gathering place for teens, but it was, after all midsummer and it got quiet by ten pm. Small pool and sauna, pleasant. Restaurant is serviceable, by there are better places within four blocks. Front... More

Stayed for 2 weeks in the hotel..good breakfast and good location as it was located facing the sea...celebrated new year eve just beside the hotel as they had a stage and party...you could even watch the fireworks from your room..always ask for the odd number rooms as the rooms will be facing the sea...a nice view..

Good place to rest after an overnight flight from the United States. Room was clean and good sized. Hotel is close to the ocean and to the limited shopping offered by Punta Arenas. Breakfast was good and is easily on par for what you would get at a Best Western.

We arrived here after being up for over 40 hours so I cannot fully remember the details of the room, but I remember being pleased with it, and the bed was comfortable and the room, clean. we ate dinner at the hotel with our tour group and it was OK, not great. Had some type of fish. The Panna cotta... More

It's a very no-frills place with average rooms and average food. The staff was very friendly though. Don't expect the internet to work. It's located right on the "costanera", which is the main road that hugs the coast line and connects the town to the airport, so if you like to run you'll be in a great spot and can... More
