Due to the work I do, I have spent a lot of time in this hotel. Given the longevity of my stays, I have encountered more obstacles than the average guest. Overall this is a very nice hotel. The room is not so comfortable as there isn't any nice place to sit and relax. The room lighting is dark overall.... More

The Dreams hotel in Punta Arenas is a good four stars hotel with large rooms ( make sure you ask for a room on the highest floor over the eight floor and overlooking the straight of Magellan. The hotel has a small casino (never been inside) and 3 restaurants and a Sky bar. The quality is acceptable (do not forget... More

I cannot remember going to a hotel that does not offer tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This hotel has huge spacious rooms and an enormous TV and bathroom but you cannot find a cup of tea. Room service is slow and takes several requests respond. Why not put a tea bag and kettle in a $200 room?... More

We stayed here on the night before our Antarctica trip. The room is really huge with 2 toilets. Check-in was smooth and the hotel even has a casino and rooftop bar. But we were too tired to visit either. I would go so far as to say that this is the most beautiful hotel in Punta Arenas. The location is... More

We stayed here before and after our trip to Antarctica. On our first stay, Punta Arenas was having a bit of a warm spell and our room was incredibly hot. Hot enough that just sitting in the room made you sweat. Nothing we did would get the AC to turn on. We called the front desk and they happily sent... More

We stayed one night, had dinner in their restaurant, which was okay but not outstanding. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Has a separate reasonable coffee shop if you need to get sustenance and out of the wind. We'll located only a few blocks from the city centre. Also close to restaurants but we could not get in to any... More

The hotel and rooms had everything you would expect of a hotel of this type with the exception that the room had no coffee / tea facilities. The hotel pool is a really nice infinity pool looking out to sea! The hotel breakfast is a standard buffet style but the coffee is pretty awful...

This hotel was very similar to the other ones of the brand particularly to the one in Valdivia. The rooms were great, had enough space and everything you might need. The only lack is the breakfast, in which they need to add more variety. Few types of cereal, few types of fruit, even fewer types of things to add to... More

Rooms face the straits and the view is great. Our room was large enough but not much more. Bathroom had both shower and tub. All of the accoutrements of a luxury type hotels as expected. Also a pool with an unusual view of the straits. However: 1- soundproofing is horrible. We heard the neighbors and they heard us (we met... More

I chose the hotel after a long trekking in Patagonia. Fortunately, mthe turns out a good choice for its solid room facilities, amazing view from Sky Bar ( however it's service remains to be improved). The most impressive is its receptionist, Mr. Shinobu, who makes great efforts in making reservations for day trip for me. The view from swimming pool is... More
