The cafe in front is inviting - the ladies at the frontdesk are super helpful and sweet! The room has a stove in it, so we were warm and snug. The common room has books and a stove in there as well, and the place is so charming and well-decorated. The ensuite was great, and we enjoyed warm showers! You... More

Nice location and wonderful, delicious cakes and treats available from their in-house cafe. Right across the street is a fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner as well. They also have a couple of computers available and Wi-fi. Staff friendliness was mixed. One was quite pleasant and helpful (she called a taxi company for us when the one we reserved failed... More

Spent the night here after a week in Torres del Paine, in addition to having a toasty warm room there was also a shower in it and the group probably used all the hot water for the week getting clean. There are three distinct sitting area's, two with fireplaces so you can make yourself very much at home. When I... More

This hostel is lovely with a great ambience. Our room was nice and big with attached bathroom. There was also a couple of sitting areas with log fireplace. Staff were very friendly and spoke in fluent english which was very helpful. Attached to the hostel is a most amazing cafe where they sell cakes, brownies, coffee, tea etc. Very centrally... More

this "hostal" more like a BnB! it was our final resting location after hiking in Patagonia. it's on the edge of puerta natales so it's off the busy driving streets. the lobby is a cute coffee and pastry shop with all sorts of organic and natural goodies along with some great chocolates. the ladies whom assisted us to our rooms... Stayed here for the second time last week after trekking the W. Rooms are simple, but the cozy feel and great breakfast are comforting. The ladies running the B n B were kind and receptive. They even opened up the cake case early so we could buy cake for the bus ride to the airport. Amazing cakes. Great times great... More

Our group stayed there in January, the ladies running the hotel were very friendly and spoke Spanish, French and English. Our room was small but very nice and some others had beautiful large rooms. The breakfast was very good and the overall feel of the hotel was very cosy and friendly. The Wifi worked really well, which was key for... More

Stayed here around trips to torres del pain and el calafate etc. First I just have to say we have traveled alot and are generally pretty easy going. This place is just standard in patagonia so if you can find somewhere cheaper it will be better value. The walls are paper thin, you can almost hear people breathing next door... More

My bf and I stayed 5 nights in December, using Puerto Natales as a base for day trips to Torres del Paine. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom and enjoyed the hostal. The staff were friendly and assisted with booking tours and tips for buses. The wi-fi connection was great in all areas. As other reviewers have... More
