There are a couple of nice, high-end hotels in the area, but The CostAustralis hotel is the most centrally located hotel in Puerto Natales. The hotel is very comfortable with great, though a bit small, rooms. Free internet and a nice lounge area over looking the water. Restarant also very good, Nice service. more

Had a very good stay here. Lovely clean, modern rooms some of which have a view over the sound. Good heating, off-road parking, decent breakfast and friendly staff. more

Our room overlooked the water and mountains, good size and nice nautical decor, great new bathroom. Only downside was breakfast--eggs very watery and other choices lame. Coffee was good. Really nice lounge area to sit and watch the view and or have a drink. more

The hotel is a newer property with a stone looking tiled lobby and comfy lounge area with chairs and sofas with sweeping views of the sea.
