The hotel is a modern, beautiful hotel. Anything or everything you need the staff will do their best to provide and always with a smile. The location is great, just a couple of blocks away from the town plaza. So if planning on going to "the end of the world", Natalino hotel is the place. Cynthia Zarate

When you come to Patagonia/Torres del Paine you have to decide to stay either in Puerto Natales or in one of the remote eco lodges. I recommend you stay in Puerto Natales. We stayed at the Natalino Hotel Patagonia and were not disappointed. The hotel is very modern in an industrial Euro-chic way. The rooms are quite small, but you... More

I stayed here for one night with two friends as a pit stop on our way to Torres del Paine. The hotel is well within walking distance to most of what PN has to offer in terms of restaurants, Plaza de Armas, etc. and accomodations are excellent. We stayed in a room with one king and a loft area where... More

We booked here instead of another place because this place had parking and we wanted our rental to be safe. As it turns out, we street parked. The hotel is lovely - architecturally speaking - but the rooms are way too small. I tripped over my suitcase several times just to get from my bed to the bathroom. The breakfast... More

The place looks very modern (only 5 years old) and boutique-ish. Room was nice and had a safe and small fridge. The hotel and the room were both very clean. Shower floor was angled incorrectly so there was standing water left after I used it. Soundproofing only average: you could hear anyone walking outside the room if they had heels... More

We were supposed to stay at a resort a little out of town but that didn't work out and are we glad! The hotel was very nice, a little gem in the middle of town, close to shops, restaurants, the plaza and the waterfront. The staff was great! Icing on the cake was the beautiful weather we were blessed with!

Stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Hotel Natalino is very 'Euro chic' - modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient (especially in the café/bar). The pool is stunning!!! Spa seats, waterfall spouts and amazing views over the snow topped Andes! Location is excellent - close to town centre and lots of cafes and artisan... More

Nothing in this area is inexpensive. We paid a little over $150US per night for our stay. However, having now been to Puerto Natales I think it was a good option. We had a room on the first floor and didn't have any problems with noise (as noted by other guests in reviews). Yes, we could hear people in the... More

Nice hotel that's waking distance to the water and close to many restaurants. We had a standard room with a king size bed. This room is very small. It's comfortable but small. We couldn't open our bags up all the way, but we made it work. Bathrooms are nice (no room for any hair products or bathroom products from home... More

The people were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing shower, with a huge shower head!! Location is very central - close to everything you need (ATMs, grocery store, tour operators, restaurants etc) and the buffet breakfast isn't too bad either! Would definitely stay here again!
