Stayed here for three nights in Puerto Natales. It has a very home-y feel to it. It's small and quaint and everyone I met that stayed here were super nice - it has a good community vibe to it. Julie and Carlos, the people who run the hostal, are very nice as helpful. Julie answered all my questions about planning... More

I stayed for two nights here and would recommend it. It is a small hostel with good facilities and location in town. The staff esp Julie are very friendly and offer very good advice about Torres del Paine. Breakfast was good and dorm was spacious with lockers provided.

The owner welcomed us in a very friendly manner. She explained us everything and gave us the best recommodation for a good fish restaurant. It is very easy going. The bathrooms are very clean. The rooms look a bit older then on the pictures but are absolutly fine. There is a good equiped kitchen to use and a computer if... More

cosy atmosphere (like at home) with very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; clean and well organized; have a locker where you can leave your luggage before starting the trip to Torres del Paine; we stayed there unfortunately for only one night

I can't name anything wrong with this hostel! It was perfect! It's really cosy & cute. Theres a little living area and big kitchen for cooking. Beds are comfy, breakfast is excellent & Julie the owner is so lovely & helpful. We had a fantastic stay here. I really recommend it, but book far in advance as its popular!

This hostel really has it all.. It's faultless! An incredibly friendly owner, really comfortable beds, lovely living area and kitchen, great hot showers, brilliant breakfast, laundry service, and somewhere to store your bags if you don't want to take everything to Torres Del Paine. Would recommend to everyone, we had a great stay here! TIP: book well in advance.. It's... More

This place has only a few beds. One room with 2 bunk beds and another double room. July the lady that runs the place (from Oregon) is incredibly welcoming and informative about the area. She even offered to store our extra gear while we were trekking in TDP. The facilities were very clean with a relaxing living room and kitchen.... More

We had a wonderful stay at Tin House. Julie was a perfect host and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. There aren't many beds at Tin House, so you get to know a bunch of the wonderful people staying there. Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable. The area was nice and quiet as well, and the... That was the best hostel in South America so far! The Breakfast is just great with good homemade bread, fruits, cereals, eggs. Never seen anything alike in SA so far. The location is really good, very close to "Base Camp Pub" (3 o'clock talk about hikes in Torres del Paine NP). Kitchen is well equipped and big. Bathroom is clean... More

The Tin House is a small hostal situated about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Inside there is a comfortable lounges with Internet access and reading material. It's got a nice kitchen, well stocked. There are 2 double rooms and 1 dorm room. All share the bathrooms (2 if I remember correctly. The double room was comfortable enough, but... More

I am sooo happy you told me all these things!! I don't live in the house, so I don't see when things break immediately. Since your stay I have replaced the door knob in one bathroom for a new one that actually works, the shower I have bought a new shower head holder and will be replacing it tomorrow, I... More
