The Singular was truly a special place. Not only was it a unique building but customer service was outstanding. They were there to help with any situation that arose and could not have been nicer about it. The employees, from the desk to the restaurant to the guides on the excursions, were exceptional. We loved staying here and would highly... More

My family and I were very amazed at the beauty and history behind this hotel. The entire hotel looks like a museum, a glimpse into the past... Rooms are oversized and quite comfortable. Staff is very well prepared to make sure your stay runs smoothy. The only aspect that I think can be improved is the taste of food itself,... More

It's difficult to find where to start, yet I'm just going to try and let the great memories and the fulfilled experience guide me to do so... This hotel is a destination of its own: unique in style, history, and with a +five star service. With every single room offering spectacular "Patagonia" fjords views, you will find yourself blended with... More

This conversion of an old Hacienda to a Hotel was a touch of genius. The transformation kept the spirit of the old sheep ranch with the wool and meat processing equipment kept as if ti were a museum. It is spacious but the best is the restaurant...the best in Chile. You can watch the chef and his staff preparing your... More

Six star bliss at the end of the world... Still not certain how we stumbled across this property, but eternally grateful that we did. The $US4800 full board four night package we booked wasn't cheap, but it was excellent value - and the best holiday experience we've ever had. Hotel staff - from the restaurant to the bar to the... I concur with the enthusiastic reviews below. It is extremely expensive but at this property you get what you have paid for and more. Without exception, the staff tried to accommodate every request and was gracious and welcoming.

This amazing property is a converted cold storage plant situated on the shores of the Senoret Channel, five minutes from Puerto Natales in Chile’s Patagonia. The plant operated for nearly sixty years until local entrepreneurs took the derelict building and turned it into an award winning five star hotel that opened in 2010. It is a ‘go to’ destination in... More

Staying here is an outstanding experience. It's uber comfortable, rooms with a water and snow capped mountain view. The service throughout is exceptional, and the tour guides on all the excursions really know their stuff and are passionate about their jobs. The Australian bar tender makes great cocktails and brings a great down to earth feel. Natalia delivers the best... More

I wish I could add something new to previous reviews but this hotel is as excellent as already stated. I can't compare it to say Raffles in Singapore or the Mandarin Orientals and Aman hotels as these are larger and more sophisticated but it is just as good in its own unique way. The food is Michelin standard, organic and... More

The architecture and decorating of this hotel are so well done that you forget that the historic building was once an abattoir. Construction materials are really well chosen, as is the lighting and decoration - amazing to find such sophistication and level of service so far away from the lights of the big cities. The food in the restaurant is... More
