The most amazing staff I have ever encountered. They were super helpful and informative. Oscar helped show me around and makes a killer breakfast. Best bread in town combined with fresh eggs. Can't beat that!! The hostel is clean and has a great common area.

We stayed two nights in a twin room while visiting Torres del Paine and Puerto Natales and would stay here again even with our wives. It was clean, plenty of space, hot water, (we had a private bathroom) and comfortable beds. At night, it was quiet. The breakfast was good and the guests we talked to were great about places... I arrived here at 2 in the morning. Upon arrival I realised that someone had stolen my debit card and I had no cash to spare. They were very understanding and let me stay without paying until I could sort out my situation. Oskar especially was a huge help. They gave me lots of information and help, and were even... More

We had such a great time in the Singing Lamb! The only pity - we stayed only one night but it gave us so much strength and energy to hike Torres del Paine after that! Our room was very cozy, warm and with super-comfy bed. You get eggs for breakfast there which didn't happen to us too often in Chile... More

Despite the website not allowing next day bookings, I managed to get in touch with the hostel through Whatsapp! and confirmed a next day booking. Pros: Decent location Very quiet Laundry literally next door Very friendly and helpful staff Freshly made breakfast (including home made bread, eggs and juices) Fast wifi Dorms are impeccably clean Large lounge area with excellent... The singing lamb makes a fantastic base pre and post TDP. It is a lovely and spacious hostel to hang out in and our private room with en-suite felt more like a hotel than hostel. The showers are so great that they actually warn you about the high water pressure!! How amazing is that? Breakfast is pretty good and well... More

This isn't the cheapest option in Puerto Natales but you really feel like you could be in a hotel. We loved it. We stayed in both the 6 bed dorm for a few nights and in a double room as a splurge after the W trek. The 6 bed dorms are definitely the best value with super comfy mattresses, fluffy... More

We booked a double-room with private bath to have some 'luxury' before heading to the W. It was ok, but not so great like the reviews here suggest. Too expensive for what we got. Breakfast is really only average and WiFi didn't work in our room and one day didn't work at all. No TV in room (wouldn't matter, if... More

After completing the W trek in Torres Del Paine, we returned to Natales only to find out the boarder to Argentina was closed. The singing lamb (specifically Pablo) saved us! He was so accommodating with our last minute stay and by the end of our time there, I would call him a friend.

We stayed at the Singing Lamb for 3 days and found it welcoming, We are a couple so stayed in a matrimonial room and found it welcoming, spacious clean and warm! The breakfast was better than the usual stuff you get with nice coffee, toast, jams and scrambled eggs. The staff are lovely. It has a good communal area and... More
