We spent a night at this place before and after our 5 days W circuit hike. The hotel is located just 5 minute walk from bus stop. It has very comfortable and luxurious rooms with large bathrooms and windows with great unobstructed views of the town and the lake. Its super clean and the staff at the reception is very... More

The outside is deceiving. It is quite lovely on the inside. It is located on a hill overlooking Natales and the water. The big windows in the rooms and sitting area are great. A little ways from downtown but not too far once you get familiar with the streets. Plus the taxis are cheap. About two to three blocks from... More

This is a slightly wacky (I think, still very new) hotel, which needs a few rough edges rounded off before it can get a really good rating. However, work is planned to improve the difficult access from the road, and also I believe to start a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are smallish but very comfortable, with lovely views across... We only stayed one night, in February. Although it looks like something from the Ikea catalogue, and stands on the hill like an orange beacon, don't be put off, once you're used to it, it adds to its character. The rooms are a little small, but are comfortable and the views are unrivalled - it's hard to unpack when every... More

Stared here in Feb 2014 on two occasions, both for one night. Rooms are relatively small and basic eg no bedside lights, no TV etc but the views are stupendous. Similarly, breakfast was simple but plentiful. Hotel staff were very friendly. Puerto Natales is a small town full of restaurants, hostels and hiking shops, all concentrated around two streets. Taxis... More

Recently stayed here whilst enroute to Torres del Paine National Park. Situated a little way from the main town centre, and located on the side of a hill. The building looks impressive clad in wood and painted orange - you cannot miss it! Rooms small but very clean, good shower room ensuite, and the view from the bedroom window is... More

We stayed at the Temaukken for three nights in November while visiting beautiful Torres Del Paine National Park. It is somewhat outside of the city center on a hill overlooking the city and the bay offering beautiful views from the rooms. Due to the hotels location a car is an advantage, but Puerto Natales is a walkable town and the... More

My 2 girlfriends and I stayed in the triple room at Hotel Temauken before and after our W-Trek in Torres del Paines National Park. The hotel was close to town but not right within town. We had a car so it wasn't an issue as it was a 2-3 minute drive. It is also walkable if needed. The hotel itself... More

When we arrived at Hotel Temauken, the receptionist was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know about Puerto Natales. He gave us a large room where we could experience a nice view down on the city with one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. Breakfast was served as a buffet, offering a huge selection... Wonderful beds, pillows and linens. My best nights sleep from 7 hotels while in South America. Very helpful staff. You can still have a decent breakfast even really early in the morning. An easy walk to town and there is a little store across the road for snacks and drinks.
