I'm sorry to see the negative reviews because my experience at the Angkor Riviera was absolutely positive. Very comfortable and clean rooms, good a/c, overall a pleasant place to relax after sightseeing. Pool is nice, too, if small. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but did what was asked. Recommended.

Staying in room 336. I can handle most small problems but noisy rooms and bugs PISS ME OFF. How this place gets 4 stars is beyond me, 2 would be generous ! Fair do's though, the cockroach was not the biggest I've seen but what the hell is it doing in a 4 star hotel in the first place. Its... More

We were booked to stay at the Angkor Riviera for 3 nights, pre-paid in a suite. We only stayed for 1 night due to a very uncomfortable bed (rock hard) and a poor sleep. We were already getting no sleep due to the hard bed but an alarm went off at 3am and we got a phone call at 6am.... More

Positives - Clean enough, good location, shower in bath, good firm beds in decent sized rooms. Negatives- windows do not open so no fresh air in room, shower in bath, service sometimes slow or misunderstood, problems opening safe, more Mosquitos in hotel than outside, cocktails are poor and the bar has only one music CD! Overall - you feel like... More

After staying at some very fine hotels during the Thailand portion of our trip, we arrived at the Riviera. Only good point is location near the Night Market and the most impressive part of the facility is the open courtyard adjacent to the pool. Staff were helpful. Arcane hotel policy required a 5USD fee for misplaced electronic plastic key. Arrived... More

Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable and is located at the main area where it is convenient to walk to the Pub Street. Staff service were so so and not consistent. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from.

Tourist class 4 star hotel. Located within walking distance to Night Market and Pub Street. My friend got bitten by a kind of insect in the room while sleeping. Lodged a complaint to the hotel, the condition did not improve. Shower water temperature changed from warm to cold while in the showing. Overall, not a bad experience but do not... More

Not that great of a stay for 3 of our family members in 2 rooms. Not very comfortable accommodations as the room is quite small. They also get very large groups with junior high school kids so the lobby can be very noisy. The hotel staff were not very attentive and can be dismissive when you have an issue. Would... More

We only stayed one night in this hotel but we appreciated a lot our stay there. It all started with a wierd habit of the hotel to ask the customer to pay at arrival.. Usually, we are used to pay at check-out.. The room is perfect, comfortable. We appreciated a lot the breakfast full of everything (buffet). The hotel is... More
