I stayed in Angkor Rivera hotel for 4 nights and changed the room 2 times. Reason: 1) first room had bugs on the walls - informed the staff who claimed they are not bedbugs. The staff then squashed them in front of me, as if he could get rid of them all through the few squashing! Even if they are... More

Travelled last week and stayed at the Angkor Riviera for 5 days, it was simply outstanding. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water 24/7 which is excellent after long day treks around Angkor. The location makes it perfect to reach the Angkor areas quickly and to reach the hip and happening Pub Street in minutes. The reception staff are... More

It has a great location.Close enough to walk to pub street and all the action yet quiet for peace. great places to go walking or jogging on the river front. Many great places to sit and enjoy overlooking the river. Breakfast was good. will stay... More

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is well located but over priced for what you get. Standards of cleanliness could be improved (clearing tables at breakfast in particular; stains on bed linen etc). Service poor at breakfast - difficult to get clean cutlery and impossible to find a clean table. Breakfast option itself was poor and low quality... More

The hotel is older but clean, the staff helpful and the location is central. The pool is a beautiful and relaxing after a long hot day of touring. The Somaly Mam Beauty salon is less than a block away. If you want a manicure, pedicure, or have your hair styled I recommend this salon for price and quality of service.... More

Despite a different check in process from what we are accustomed to😃, the entire holiday package was awesome! Mr. Kim Vuthy, the hotel manager arranged our 5 day visit with me, via email. Everything was top notch. The van and driver (Cham I belive his name was) was great, very sweet and always there to give a helping hand with... More

This hotel is located within a 5-10 minutes stroll to Siem Reap's "Pub Street" location where you can be fed and watered to a high quality and quantity. The hotel is great value for money with clean rooms and friendly staff. As with a lot of hotels in this price range little things are not maintained quickly. My door bell... More

This 4-star hotel is very disappointing although it is well located (very convenient to get to the night market). Save for its location and we must admit, its swimming pool which is quite enjoyable during hot days. EVERYTHING was awful during our 3 nights at this hotel: the room was smelly, the cleaning not very satisfying, the AC was not... More

This hotel is nice and serves a decent breakfast - from early morning. Staff is friendly. BUT - I stayed there in July which is rainy season. The floors are covering with blankets and the smell is damp - NOT nice.

We stayed at the Angkor Riviera Hotel last year with a group of 20 people and we are booked in again this year with 32 people. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff very helpful. Free Wi-fi best in foyer as it doesn't always work too well in rooms. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the location is great. We... More
