Stayed for 6 days last February 2015. I love everything about this place. Staff were really helpful! They help you in almost everything. We booked a private room - surprisingly the room was really biiiig! I also loved that the toilet is separate from the shower area. Air con was cold - wifi was fast!!! :) The pool and hotel... More

We had a private room which was very spacious and clean. It had a very old TV, Air Con and shower. The room was functional, details were missing, Nonthereless it was nice in the hostel. There was a pool if you get to hot. And a cinema and pool table if you are bored. If hungry there is a good... More

Hi there and thanks for the good review. The TVs are 7 years old. Sure they're not the latest plasma screens but as a Hostel we're about encouraging people to socialise and make new friends. Yes you can get cheaper rooms elsewhere, but for a couple you're only paying $7 more each than those in dorms. We offer all the... More

We booked for a 3 beds private room and was perfect. The hotel was clean, good atmosphere, perfect location and helpful staff. The bar area is a great place for happy hours and it’s very cheap. I highly recommend Siem Reap Hostel.

The hostel was clean and organized. The only issue was the air con was broken when i arrived in the room but it was fixed within an hour. The road leading to the hostel was under construction so it made the Tuk Tuk rides a bumpy but hey......your in Cambodia. The food was really good at the hostel (try the... More

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights over NY, in a 6 bed dorm. Bed was comfortable, and each bunk had a reading light & power socket. The room had both a fan & ac which was great for keeping cool & stopping mozzie bites! The dorm had its own bathroom, which was cleaned every day to a... More

3 of us travelled to Siem Reap on February, and this hostel provides a good services. They provides free pick up services from bus station and free bicycle rental for their customers.. Although we arrived quit early at around 5 am in the morning, they still allowed us to put our luggage in the luggage room and allowed us to... More

This is a fine place, if you drink , don't mind sharing a room with others, and basically don't need to sleep. I realize I made a mistake with the room booking, I was quoted 'our cancellation policy online clearly states. . .' Blah blah blah. "Oh I'm so drunk" says the manager. Whatever. There are so many other, cheaper... More

Overall, the hostel was great, well located, clean, fun atmosphere. Unfortunately the power went out in the whole city and the hostel wasn't equipped with a generator with sufficient capacity to power up the hostel. We spent a very hot night in a room with no power and obviously no fan or ac. I decided to leave the next day... More
