I stayed here for 2 nights with some friends in Family Room. The room is not big as I expected, but it's okay. On my second day, the air con leaked and flooded the floor. The staff helped with a mop. He said that he'll fix it tomorrow when we checked out. The hotel's location is great. Near to Pub... More

One of the best guesthouse in siem Reap and in Cambodia : Clean, nice location and great staff. We met friends who paid more in Siem Reap without the same service (no pool, far from pubstreet and cold water in the bathroom). And they pick you up at the airport!!! Breakfast is good and fresh! For lunch or dinner, don't... More

The Tanei was a comfortable hotel with a good pool area, nice buffet breakfast, free wifi and a reasonable restaurant. Wifi was not good on the top floor room. Room/bed was comfortable, shower was good and the staff were helpful at all times. The airport pickup and drop off were welcome bonuses.

I'll keep it simple and list what I saw as its low/high points. We spent 5 nights here. -Bed was hard as a rock; pillows were malleable cardboard (i.e., a bit softer). -They are installing a new walkway and pond. Work starts at 7am so don't plan on sleeping in if you're there in the next 2 weeks or so.... More

There was nothing terrible about this place, but it wasn't great either. The bed was not comfy. The shower flooded the bathroom. The water took forever to get hot. There was no storage for clothes. The lighting was crappy in the room. My husband didn't like the creepy painting on the wall, definitely not as nice as any photos I... More

The front building is newer...better window screens and south facing. (Cooler) Staff is nice but inexperienced Internet is on/off and they could not print boarding passes. Breakfast is adequate. Pool is the real plus...and the mango shakes. Restaurant at the hotel was reasonable bad great curry.

Although the Tanei Guesthouse was located in close proximity to pub street etc, I would not opt to stay here again. The room amenities were basic and the shower barely operable. On arrival the safety deposit box was unusable and when we did manage to reset the password etc it decided not to open again. With passports and other highly... More

A young staff getting experience. Friendly, learning English and doing a pretty good job. Always enquire how you are and give a happy smile. Easy check in process despite us being delayed a couple days because of the volcanic ash over Indonesia, everything ready for us. Clean, spacious room and good bathroom, good bed and linen changed frequently. Old tv... More
