I stayed here for 3 nights and I extremely suggest you staying here if you are on your first time especially . The location is just 30mins to airport and they provide a good tuk tuk driver which explained you along the way to hotel. 10mins walk to pub street and night market. Restaurants nearby are just steps away. Artisans... More

We spent 4 nights here in April. we got a family room and it was the perfect size for us. Nice little pool to cool off in later in the day, very reasonably priced restaurant with well priced drinks. Nice range of channels for chilling out in the heat of the day, including a rugby channel! Bathroom was also great,... More

Staff very helpful. Tuk Tuks through Tanei might cost $5 more per day than they would if you arranged your own, but I'd go with them. Avoid any trips by any tour company to the floating gardens/houses. (Total tourist trap)!! Tie the landmine museum visit in with one of your days (need 3) at Angkor Wat. It's a long way... More

Overall it was a great stay. The staffs and management were great. Very close to night market and pub street. Just a walking distance. Free hotel transfer. There are many restaurants nearby with affordable prices.

Hard to find any criticism of this place. Rooms are cozy and nice, beds VERY comfortable, wonderful pool with great lounge chairs, food is good, people are gentle and helpful, location is fantastic, price is very very reasonable. I'll be staying here for all my Siem Reap visits in the future.

My husband and I lived in Cambodia for a while and stayed here when we were in town. They had a volunteers discount which was nice of them. The rooms were large for Cambodia, and their pool is beautiful! Their food it wonderful too. They'll pick you up from the airport or bus station, and they have bikes for you... More

After arriving in Siem Reap and taking a $7 dollar taxi to the hotel our first stop in Cambodia was the Tanei Guesthouse. Travelling with 2 friends we booked one of the suites which meant we had a double bed each. Rooms were very nice, bathroom/shower was spot on. The pool is nice if you have a few hours to... More

The hotel is in a quiet street although is near the downtown... I liked the people, a family hotel...and the restaurant near by is also good. The stuff is very nice and they speak English well. I recommend this hotel!! Ida

The Tanei was our family's first accommodation on our recent trip to South East Asia. We selected the Tanei as it was close to action but not too close. And it had a pool for the kids. Our driver dutifully met us at the airport and we had a pleasant drive to the guest house. The staff that greeted us... More

So arrived there to find out that my room wasn't available, the room that i booked. This could be Agoda, as i've heard of the same thing happening to other people. They said they had a room for me for one night over the road which was a better Hotel, which it wasn't. But these things hppen i guess. Once... More
