This is my second stay at Viroths, this time with family. My wife and teenage kids fell in love with it too. Its stunning in its minimalist design; huge plain white rooms decorated with ornaments made from local materials, a shower head the size of a dinner plate, and a peaceful but very convenient location. Waking just before sunrise, its... More

Gorgeous small hotel, with perfect minimalist design, lovely rooftop terrace and pool area, and well located to the centre of Siem Reap. Laundry service was really excellent. In fact, everything about the hotel itself is superlative. BUT... we were in Siem Reap for the three days of the Khmer New Year and the hotel was seriously understaffed. The front desk... More

The hotel is beautifully appointed with a well-integrated design scheme. It is very clean and well maintained. The room was quite generous in size and comfortable. It is very hot and dusty touring the temples so it is a relief to return to a sparkling and refreshing pool and lovely space. They really focus on the small details: handmade soap,... More

Viroth's is on to something. This was the best hotel hands down that we stayed at on our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and very friendly. We didn't get to finish our breakfast before meeting our guide to go to Angkor Wat so they packed... More

We had an excellent stay at Viroth's. Location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the old market area/town. It's along a small street, most tuk-tuk drivers know the place. Even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, Saay, the manager, said the room was ready and we could check in. The room is spaciousand so clean! We had an... More

Just wanted to say how great this hotel was. We absolutely loved cambodia but after a really hot dusty sweaty day it was such a relief to walk into viroth's at the end of the day, it was so beautiful and tranquil. We drove past all the big hotels on the way from the airport and their location was aweful..there... More

From the moment we came in to the open-air lobby area we were enchanted. The lobby with its simple lines, Buddhist artefacts, and spacious approach to the pool and its surrounding foliage - were all very welcoming. Our room matched style with serviceability, and we had a completely private courtyard too. The hotel's atmosphere was very private, as if we... More

My wife & I stayed 4 nights at Viroth's hotel, and found it fantastic and excellent value. We followed the recommendation in Frommer's and reserved room 3, which had a door to a small semi-private area next to the pool. We were not disappointed! The pool is failrly small (like a large backyard pool), but big enough to cool off... More

Our stay at Viroth's was excellent. Got recommendation from fellow tripadvisors as well as from New York Times article. Design is clean and modern. Swimming pool, roof-top terrace and nearby same owner operated Viroth's restaurant are all that we like. Service was friendly and attention to details. We would come back and stay here anytime. Highly recommended. By the way,... More

This is a great boutique hotel in Siem Reap. Beautifully set, comprehensive service. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. The same can be said of other guests.
