Staying at this hotel was disappointing for the following reasons. The "complementary" hotel pickup arrived a good 20 minutes late and then made us wait another 20 minutes for another customer who had yet to arrive. The hotel offers free pickup from the airport, if you call ahead and arrange it, BUT be prepared for the driver to push his services on you as a driver/tour guide for your visit to the ruins.
