The staff of this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but then they have been trained well by the Australian hotel owners. Arrived by bus and they were there to pick us up. Rooms were ready and clean. Nothing fancy but not bad at all. Breakfast simple but satisfying. Great home base to visit Siem and Ankor. Hands down the best place to stay in Siem Reap. Was so impressed, I extended my 3 day stay to 5. New hotel with nice amenities. Quiet.
