The hotel is in a good position in town next to the river and relatively quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was large, clean and functional. The hotel has a pool, but its probably not the sort you'd wish to laze around for hours - chance are that's not what your in Siem Reap for anyway. Breakfast... more

This hotel is excellent value for money, unbelievable really! The rooms are clean and nicely decked out. There is a lovely pool and bar area, with internet access(always slow, remember this is cambodia). Included in the price is a wonderful cooked breakfast on the roof top restaurant. You can work it off in the gym after, if you feel like... more

We stayed here for 3 nights with friends and had a lovely stay. Being Australians it was nice to stay at a place owned by Australians. If you have any queries or problems there was no English barrer which was great. The family 2 room suite was fantastic, clean, modern and very roomy with an in room safe which is always... more

I booked at short notice after reading the reviews on here. I was shown to my room by possibly the most polite and helpful young man I've ever met in a hotel, he told me bottled water was only free first day - fair enough i thought. The room was clean (apart from the ants in the bathroom but it... more

This is a great hotel, run by Australians,it is the best value I have found in Aisa. A cooked breakfast on a rooftop terrace is included in the price. The rooms are spacious and clean with air con and a decent bath, a godsend after a hot day at Angkor Wat. The location is great, central to Pub St and... more

I work for an NGO so I travel to Siem Reap frequently with large groups. I have stayed in 5 different hotels in Siem Reap and have found this one the best value. There are definitely nicer hotels in Siem Reap but not for the price. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly... more

Breakfast, like the swimming pool, isn't worth a visit. The A/C in our room was patchy, and the staff were overly keen to sell over-priced tours/drivers. more

The staff at the Claremont Angkor ensured our stay at their hotel was very good. The room we stayed in was big and clean and stocked with the little extras that you don't always find in hotels in Asia (soap, for example!!). Unfortunately the internet didn't work in our room, but it was easy to use the computers in the... more

Staying at this hotel was disappointing for the following reasons. The "complementary" hotel pickup arrived a good 20 minutes late and then made us wait another 20 minutes for another customer who had yet to arrive. When we were leaving the parking lot, the driver asked me to give $1 for the parking and then pocketed the change. Tacky. The... more
