We honeymooned in Cambodia and Thailand. Our first stop was Siem Reap and we thankfully chose Palm Village. We visited Cambodia to see Angkor Wat and I was concerned about staying too far outside of Siem Reap. I'm so glad we chose Palm Village. Unless you really want nightlife, I don't see the benefits of staying in the town as... More

We spent 1 night in the Palm Village as we were only making a quick trip over to Cambodia to visit Angkor Wat. We arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport as we arrived late, Kim the driver at the hotel picked us up and we also arranged with him to drive us around the temples the... More

I liked this resort a lot more than my wife. Beautiful grounds...really felt at one with nature. Good pool. Would be suitable for families. The cabin was rustic and basic. Bed was average. Still nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening with a drink. Small way out of town which was not a problem for us. Location... More

We spent 3 nights in the Palm Village, and it was absolutely good choise. It is like 10 minutes tuk tuk ride from Siep Reap, and the truth is we were very happy with this fact. Siep Reap is noisy and quite dirty, so after visiting the Temples it is fantastic to get back to Palm Village, and enjoy nature... More

We had originally chosen to stay in the bamboo house however upon arrival our room was not located at the resort and was a 5 minute walk away. This was not specified on the website! The locks to the room would not work and we were told to lock a big gate at the end of the night. The room... More

Upon arriving in Siem Reap we were met at the airport by a driver from the hotel. Driving to the hotel we were quite confused as we were driving down small orange dirt bumpy roads. We arrived at what seemed to be a house and were told that this was our hotel. A lady greeted us and showed us our... More

This little resort maybe out of the main area, but was delightful. To trip into town by tuk tuk was maybe 15 mins for $3 USD and the drivers where out the front and lovely. The hotel had tuk tuk & car prices for usual tour eg: temples, so it was nice not to have to negotiate and they where... More

This is a great place to stay; there is a salt water pool and amazing gardens. Our bungalow was perfect we loved it! You can rent a car for the day to see the temples and the Buddhist Monastery is just across the road. The massages are amazing the ginger/turmeric wrap is nothing short of incredible! There are 5 little... More

It was great to stay somewhere in touristy Siem Reap that felt a bit more authentic - a sort of cross between a homestay and a hotel. We stayed in a bamboo hut, which was pretty novel! We didn't get a chance to try the pool, but went for an hour long massage which cost 15 USD per person. Heaven!... More

this is a fantastic little resort/spa, out of the bustle of the tourist path. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, yet close to town and to the historic sites this is the place for you. Clean well maintained grounds, with excellent food and accessible transport for site-seeing all the major attractions. The staff is very friendly and... More
