We had a 4 night stay in this hotel, we had adjoining rooms with our children which was great. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning slowly cooled the rooms but unfortunately it also blew in a strong smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms which was awful. The bath towels were a bit old... More

Rooms are average. Staff are friendly. Restaurant could do with a bit of updating and more pro active. Breakfast is average, not much of a continental variety could improve by providing a little western style breakfast also. Customer service could do with some improvement.

Stayed one night at this property after arriving late to Siem Reap. Next day realized that there are numerous options that are better than this. Lobby was nice, restaurant was decent, but the rooms were not. Room smelled "musty", bathroom smelled worse. Mini fridge did not work properly. Do your homework and stay better...

We just checked out and I'm pretty sure we could have stayed somewhere better during our stay in Siem Reap. I think this hotel makes its money from tour groups rather than individual customers so it felt that their standards were not what they should be for 4*. The whole building was a bit tired and outdated. Firstly the room... More

From the photos, this hotel looked grand but when I arrived, it was...okay. Style-wise, it's not modern, it seems like it got stuck at 10 years ago - the lift was all glass, rickety, slow and can only fit two people. I was corresponding with Miss Men Vannida about 7 months prior to my trip. I explained to her few... More

Quiet location not far from pub street & the markets a Tuk Tuk will cost you $2 dollars to reach the nightlife of pub street etc.. Good hotel with massive pool that would grace any 4/5 star major hotel chain. Wifi good, showers excellent, rooms spacious and many (like mine) with nice pool view. Staff friendly and keen to please. Masseuse excellent but painful if you have as many knotted muscles as me. Some of the power points in the room looked as if they needed... More

The Allson Angkor Hotel is in a great location away from the busy tourism hub but close enough that a tuk tuk can get you anywhere you want in a few minutes. The buffet breakfast has western and eastern food and also caters for vegetarians. One thing to be aware of is the hot water is not what you may... More
