From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the perfect choice in Siem Reap. The hotel has a lovely colonial feel about and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds really comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an amazing choice, probably the best we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is in... More

Another solid choice using agoda reviews and recommendations. Using the map I was able to determine the hotel was within walking distance of everything in town. Staff was efficient and very friendly. On site spa is quite a deal and had an excellent hour long shoulder/back massage for $9. Basically everything was on par with how it was described and... More

we had a great stay at the Royal Crown and Spa hotel. The staff were wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size and clean. as mentioned in other reviews it is a short walk to the market and pub street. Excellent location for tours to Angkor Wat and the floating village. Breakfast was tasty -... More

From the moment we walked in the door, all staff were very helpful. They had our rooms ready at a reasonable time for a rather early check in, brought out orange drink, cold towels - and most importantly, the wifi password - while we were waiting, and there was always someone cleaning the hallways. The concierge staff were constantly updating... More

Yep, breakfast was the highlight of this place. It is also located in a central area, a 5 minute walk to Pub Street. Wifi is unreliable, water pressure etc. is average. The room was comfortable though. Do not book tours from here, better to figure out a private tour that will pick you up.

Royal Crown Hotel is located on a busy, dusty street near Old Town in Siem Reap, which means it is close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The facility itself is nice but old fashioned. The bed is firm. The wifi is unreliable. The water pressure/temperature in the shower also is unreliable. The place is very clean and generally well-kept. The... More

Our aircon stopped working after about half an hour of being in our room we called reception who then sent someone to fix it ...after then fixing it , it then proceeded to spit brown water all over the floor and into our luggage . Our bathroom was full of bugs and we also found some in our beds which... More

This hotel is in in a great location for pub street and the night market the rooms are large and comfy. All the staff are attentive and helpful. My partner loved the breakfast buffet a large and well presented choice. The small issue was a little early morning noise but it did not spoil our stay.
