We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. It is in a great location near to the old market and the center of the tourist area. The staff was very kind and helpful and made it easy for us to change our reservation when our needs changed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods.... More

Having only booked a room for one night myself and a friend extended by an extra evening, given that we were keen to explore a few more sights of Siem Reap. The facilities were excellent and staff were very helpful. Overall it's very well priced and a great place to set up base camp.

We have stayed both in the old and new wings. Rooms were good size, clean, comfortable beds, free wifi ok, flat screen TV, good hot shower, free bottled water. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Do note that Royal Crown Hotel is essentially the same hotel listed as Royal Crown and Spa on TA.

Pictures are deceiving. Quality of hotel is two star at best. Very disappointed with room. Run down old wood, No doors on bathroom only a glass slider between toilet and sink. Room overlooking pool was very loud and is a party hotel walking distance to pub area downtown. 3:30 am woken up by other guests and when notifying front desk... More

The staff are amazingly smiley and welcoming and the Tuk Tuk drivers were superb too. The hotel changed our airport pickup to the boat jetty at no extra fee which was great. Our driver, Mr Trang, gave an unofficial guide to Angkor Watt free of charge, in pretty good English, with the tour we booked in reception. The breakfast and... More

The hotel is adequate for the price. It is clean, the breakfast buffet was exceptionally good with most everything you could want. The pools were a welcome treat at the end of hot tour day but the lounging area around the pool is a bit small. The best part of all is the location, it is perfect. You are across... More

Huge room. Clean. just meet my expectations and the Value of the money. Very friendly and attentive staff. Luv their pools - saltwater and freshwater- relaxing swim after a long day touring around SiemReap. Breakfast is a plus although I'm not a breakfast person but it was good! Overall we had a great stay😍😘😘

We enjoyed our spacious, bright and moderately priced room in this hotel, located within walking distance from major shopping and eating opportunities. The staff were always friendly, albeit sometimes struggling in English. They were very helpful in arranging a guide and driver for our visits to the main sights in the area. The Spa offered very good value for money... More

The Royal Crown Hotel has a room I would like to take along with us the next 2 mo's. It was very big, quiet, well furnished and had an outside balcony. It's location is so convenient to the markets, restaurants, and ruins. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of both Western & Asian foods, fresh fruit, and vegis. The... More

The hotel staff here are absolutely great and very friendly! Hotel is very close to the famous Pub Street, rooms are clean and nice.
