This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Located very close to the old market, the hotel is comprised of raised bungalows which overlook meandering ponds, open air restaurant, pool and lounge. The room we stayed at overlooks the restaurant and is spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are wonderful. Probably the only negative is that the wifi can... More

Really beautiful interiors and gardens, great food and attentive staff. Stayed here for only 1 night because I was on my way home to Singapore from Sihanoukville and wanted to try a different hotel. Angkor Village did not disappoint. The Apsara show at their theatre across the street is another highlight of this stay. Staff were delightful and did not... More

We stayed three nights in a water view room. The room was quite large, on the 2nd floor, and overlooked the ponds and restaurant. The rooms on the 1st floor seem to have less privacy so definitely request upstairs (unless you have mobility issues). The staff was very helpful and arranged tuk took drivers (who were good and didn't try... More

What I love about the Angkor Village is the location and the atmosphere. It truly has the Khmer charm that one looks for when visiting Cambodia. It is a 5-10 minute easy walk in to the center of Siem Reap, which is great because you can come and go to the cafes, bars, and shops. The airport pick-up in the... More

We have just spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel and can not find one thing that wasn't just heavenly! The hotel is exquisite, the personnel adorable, the food excellent, a little heaven in Siem rep. I will definitely go back as soon as I can!

I have never stayed in a place without a front door entrance before but the place was lovely. Staff welcoming and initial impression was wonderful. Rooms were a good size and loved breakfast. Pool lovely, very shaded but pool clean and fresh. Air con a bit loud. Major negative the cost of food and drink at bars and mini bar... More

The Angkor village hotel is a wonderful oasis, understated, on a quiet street -- yet very close to the middle of everything. Wonderful landscaping, fountains, and walkways. Great for couples! Not likely to be appreciated by business travelers or families with small children. Also, not catering to edgy, gay, or always-connected tourists. For us, that was an important part of... More

Already arriving at the Angkor Village gives you the impression, here is a place were you can relax and feel home. Absolutely quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle around Old Market, wonderfully designed, great rooms and personell which is there to read every wish from your eyes. We enjoyed every minute there and can just say, for us... More

We LOVED this hotel!!! They picked us up from the airport in a vintage Land Rover, which was really nice and convenient. They served us a fresh lemon iced tea while we were checking in. The grounds were GORGEOUS and super romantic. The free breakfast is really delicious, and it's so lovely to eat surrounded by the pond and water... More

Starting from the nice surprise of coordinating a private pickup from the airport to the beautiful grounds of the hotel, the amazing staff, the fantastic food, and all the nice little surprises in between, the Angkor Village was likely THE best hotel I've ever stayed at. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us with everything we needed (private tuk... More
