Really lovely little place, close to centre yet tucked away in a quiet lane. Staff very attentive and helpful, duplex rooms rustic yet cool. Nice little pool to cool off in. Great noodles at breakfast. Will return. thank you. 5 mins walk from pub street

We chose this hotel as it looked likesomething a bit different. Our room ("SVA" - monkey) was up a set of steps overlooking the pool with a private balcony and a lounge on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs so it was like having a mini-flat. The breakfasts are bespoke and excellent, the only blip being our... More

Beautiful khemer design hotel, located just a couple of minutes walking distance from the old market / pub street. The hotel is away from the main street which give us a total relaxing and enjoyable stay in Siem Reap. Every rooms come with a balcony and lounge chair overlook the pool. We enjoyed the pool so much as it is... More

I spent two nights here in Mar 2015. Whilst the staff were great and arranged a memorable trip to Preah Vihear, the hotel itself is clearly showing signs of age. I was given I tiny room with no view, damp and dirty. No room even for a minibar. Shower only warm at low pressure. The only plus point was ac... More

A superb experience, drenched in the local hospitality of these outstanding folk. Angkor was to be the highlight of this trip, but we talk about Secund our TukTuk driver, Bon from the Sanctuary in town and any number of other wonderful friendly and honest people we met in our brief but wonderful stay. We can't wait to return to our... More

The rambutan hotel is a really lovely place in Siem Reap. It is probably one of the pricier options, but for us the value fitted the price. Close to the center in a quiet area at the other side of the river. After a very long journey from Laos we had a very warm welcome. The room was spacious and... More

I enjoyed staying here. The hotel was comfortable and the staff excellent. Breakfast was fine. Location was central with several taxi drivers waiting outside, easy to get everywhere. My only gripe was that my bathroom and toilet were up a steep staircase, which was no fun if you need to go during the night.

Conveniently located to Night Market and Pub Street! Rambutan Hotel staffs are very accomodating and friendly. :) Good breakfast food. Hotel ambience was perfect. Only thing I didn't like is that there are a looott of mosquitoes in Cambodia and inside the room as well, wasn't able to sleep well. Tip is ask the staffs to spray insecticide everyday in... More

We are staying 10 nights and have thoroughly enjoyed every part of the hotel. We will be very sad to leave on Monday. The staff are wonderful, especially Sophary and Bun That. They are so lovely and generous, very good and loyal staff. The villas are great and pool a bit cool but really nice otherwise. Breakfast is from the... More
