Very Good Location only 5 mins walk to the centre of Siem Reap PUB STREET. Upon arrival I requested which floor I was on and advised the ground floor. After reading recent reviews I requested that the designated room was changed, whereupon it was. We were put on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Very quite Hotel with good service... More

We just came back from Siem Reap and we stayed at Somadevi for 4 nights. We had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were great. Everyday is something new and good. The location is on the center, walking distance to supermarkets and stores and old & night market too.

My wife and I are both easy going. This hotel is hard going ! We had a room on 5th floor, lift only goes to 4th , but the noise from air con or whatever it was when we went to bed was horrendous. So at 12 -15 am after complaint and 2 differing staff coming to listen they moved... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights in November 2014 as part of a longer trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. Had prearranged the tour with a UK company so the hotel was their recommendation. Room on 4th floor overlooking the pool was ideal. there was a balcony with two chairs and a small table, ideal for early evening relaxing with... More

This hotel was wonderful. Our welcome was amazing, we were sat down with a cold towel and cold drink while they checked us in and then escorted us to our room carrying our bags. The room was lovely, big and modern and had a huge bed. We were put in the new building so we had to cross the pool... More

We moved to this Hotel after leaving a pre-booked dirty hotel, well this is the Ritz. What a stunning Hotel, lovely staff. The breakfast was excellent, the large rooms were spotless the pool area was gleaming. The only let down was the empty restaurant in the evenings, it was slightly more expensive than outside but the food was good.

Stayed for 2 nights. A spacious and comfortable hotel. Our room on the first floor had a bad leak whenever the bath tap was turned on so we were moved to a second floor room. The beds were very comfortable but the shower cubicles were so narrow I found it hard to bend down without hitting my head on a... More

Stayed at this property for couple of days from November 4th to the 6th. Friendly staff, free pick up and drop off from and to the airport was nice. The location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the pub street and the market. The hotel arranged a car and a driver for my tour, after speaking to several... More
