I had a 2 night stay at this hotel in July. The hotel is centrally located with only 10 mins walk to Pub Street and lots of great restaurants. The staff at the reception are quite friendly and efficient. The rooms are old but are well maintained. The TV in rooms are very old - there are no flat screens... More

I really like the people in the hotel, they gave advice on where to eat and were very friendly. I asked and got a very quiet room. The breakfast buffet was also quite good in terms of selection and quality. I am giving this hotel an "average" review because the room I got was a little worn in appearance. I... More

The hotel staff were very patient and helpful in attending to the multiple enquiries/requests that my friend and I had. Though I think some of their room amenities have slight room for improvement, e.g. the air con was making noise at times, once the room lights flickered on in the middle of the night, and the bathroom towels were not... Our (extended) family really enjoyed our stay here last year, so returned again this year. Best aspects of the hotel are the friendly staff, lovely large swimming pool with swim-up bar, spacious rooms (though a bit more drawer space would be nice) and great location: only 10 mins walk to Pub Street and lots of great restaurants. The hotel can... More

Somadevi Angkor resort and spa was a great place to stay with excellent meals, relaxing pool area and very friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff were exceptional in providing service and information - I particularly remember how helpful Mara was during my stay.

So many hotels in Siem Reap to choose between! This one was a good choice. Good quality, centrally located, quiet, nice staff. But most important of all....a pool bar! TIP: you may have paid for return transfers at your travel agents but the hotel only picks you up one way. Check before you leave home. Worst case scenario, you pay... More

We recently stayed at the Somadevi for four nights with our 3 children in one of the family suites. We were able to get a pretty good deal as it was low season, and were very happy. Breakfast could be better, there was very little fresh fruit, but the rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and the pool... More

I stayed four nights at this hotel with my wife. This hotel is well-located in the town of Siem reap and we can go anywhere by tuk-tuk in two dollars, especially places in town. The room is quite old, but still well-maintained and nice. Every morning we leave, the maid cleaned the room and gave new towels. The internet is... More

We visited Cambodia as a family, and after being in Vietnam thought it was a nice place to be, we were wrong, I felt as if this hotel was a complete rip off, they even charged us to pay for local calls inquiring about restaurants! $8.80 for 4 minutes! The rooms were very dated with a TV that didn't work,... More

Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and got one of the package spa deals for my wife. In the afternoons they have discounts available for their packages and my wife got 3 of them for 40% discount. Buffet was good. Poolside service with a variety of food.
