We stayed for 5 days at Shinta Mani and I have seldom experienced such a high level of customer service. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made you feel special in every interaction. They would greet us each morning and ask about our plans then remember us when we returned and offer us a cooling towel and ice... More

The service by all the staff in the hotel was impeccable and we couldn't have asked for more for our family trip. We felt welcomed from the very start till the last moment when the kids waved goodbye to all of them at the entrance. This resort is super kids-friendly and parents need not worry at all. The food at... More

The service at this hotel was just amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. As our flight wasn't until later in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay in our room until later than normal checkout which was greatly appreciated. A great place to stay...would certainly recommend it.

We had the opportunity to stay in Shinta Mani Resort during our 7 hour lay-over on our last day in Cambodia. We had earlier stayed in Shinta Mani Club across the street when we did tours in Siem Reap, then we left for Sihanoukville for a few days, but went back to SR enroute to Manila. This was when we... Our stay at the Shinta Mani Resort offered us an amazing experience where the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. On our return from daily tours and walks, they were there to greet us with refreshingly cool bottles of water and cold towels, and a sincere, "Welcome'home'. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Special mention must be... More

A resort like no other. The service we received was flawless. All the staff were always so welcoming upon returning to the resort, always offering a water bottle and a refreshing cold towel as well as greeting us with "welcome home" which was a gorgeous touch! They even assisted us booking all our tours and day activities as well as... More

Nearly didn't come to this hotel - had booked the Sofitel which decided to close their pool last minute!! Found the Shanti Mani and glad I did - turned out to be better value, with outstanding service, staff who can't do enough to help you, always someone on hand being friendly and courteous. Plus whole hotel is spotless with good... More

We stayed here as part of a tour of Cambodia and Laos with Selective Asia, and absolutely loved this hotel. The bedrooms overlook a beautiful swimming pool in a garden setting, with the first floor rooms having a generous balcony so that you can sit and read in the shade, or sip a G&T as the sun sets. The rooms... More

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mam and dad, and everyone was so so so friendly and kind I couldn't get over it!
