Stayed here for 2 nights in a poolside room. Was exceptional from the cool towels on arrival to the staff waving us off as we left to the airport. Fresh flowers everywhere and a calm relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are bright light and have very comfortable beds. Well equipped, TV, bluetooth sound bars, tea making, and a modern contemporary design. My wife chose the Shinta Mani as a surprise while staying in Siam Reap and what a surprise it was. You know you're onto a good thing when leaving the hotel is difficult given the environment and good vibe of a place. We had the pleasure of staying in a pool side room where you can walk straight out your... More

Beautiful hotel, friendly courteous staff, lovely touches like freshly folded lotus blossoms in every room every day. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely. The hotel management provides professional development to its staff in English, hospitality , managing finances and much more and it shows. They are building capacity amongst the staff and creating... More

The hotel is beautifully designed but what sets the Shinta Mani Resort apart is the outstanding welcome and service from the team who make this a world-class hotel to call home for your stay in Siem Reap - highly recommended.

The welcome at the Shinta Mani is without equal - and it continues every time you return to the hotel, with fresh towels on arrival and free offerings throughout the day that complement the free minibar policy. We stayed 3 nights with 2 kids (6, 10) in a Deluxe Living Room with small separate sleeping area. The hotel was very... More

I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and service at Shinta Mani Resort. The grounds were well taken care of and the staff are friendly and helpful. The large pool was a relief from the heat and humidity, and I'm surprised it was not utilized more by guests. I would highly recommend this hotel..

Great service and a fantastic pool. The manager was alway very helpful and even offered free late checkout. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with great airconditioning. The staff alway welcomed you back with a cold towel and a happy smiling face. English wasn't a problem to any staff member.

Wen stayed here for three nights at the end of a month long journey through Vietnam and Cambodia. What a beautiful place! But even more beautiful are the staff who are outstanding in every way. They welcomed us 'home', after every outing, went out of their way to provide information, smiled, were respectful and smart and incredibly kind. The manager,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a group tour of Laos and Cambodia. It really is perfect. The food is excellent, service is efficient and very friendly, the grounds are beautiful and everything is clean. There are gorgeous arrangements of flowers all over the complex and every attention is paid to detail. Even the hotel shop sells... More
