I had a 4 night booking here after staying 1 night I cancelled 2 of my nights. The toilet was broken and they told us to "deal with it" The staff and rude and useless. More interested in going on YouTube then helping. When you approach the main reception the attitude is beyond unbelievable. One member of staff was walking... More

Hello Sherene85. Firstly I would like to apologize on behalf of everyone at Garden Village for what you experienced at my guesthouse. I am dismayed that your visit to my establishment was not enjoyable. All our members of staff are trained within a criteria to provide our visitors with the best service they can and if you experienced a sub... More

This place has it all. Whether it be the friendly staff who are always up for a laugh or the spacious layout which is full of travelers exchanging stories, this establishment has everything to accommodate your needs. It is very cheap and for a few extra dollars you can get a more luxurious room. For me the best asset of... More

This is my third time in siem reap and and its always a pleasure as i know i will be stopping by garden village. Affordable prices give you access to everything this place has to offer, from the pool bar to the 24h restaurant. Everyday a football game is organized at 5pm giving anyone a chance to win free beers... More

For 3,50 per night I slept in a huge dorm without AirCon but with fan. The guesthouse looks more like fancy Hotel with a clean Swimmingpool in the back and a big pool bar. They offer food 24/7 and have a beachsoccer pitch (tournament at 5 pm every day). The only minus is the slow wifi.

Absolutely loved this placed stating here many time in the deluxe bungalows didn't try the dorms. Great place to meet people and the outdoor swimming pool looks amazing and I just could hang out there all day. Food was great but is very close to sok San road which is a great place to drink and eat. Good value overall

we found this place by searching for an available place to stay after we landed in Siem Reap, and its price is reasonable, and the rooms look great in pictures. We asked for a double room, for $18 a night with air condition, room looked great, until we decided to take a nap after our long flight. Mattress is made... More

3.50$ rip off, many places in the same area with dorms for the same price. Please don't make the same mistake we did in staying here. Hands down worst experience in Cambodia and all of south east Asia, rude and disrespectful staff, terrible value food, slow service. Rooftop bar advertised and there is no such thing, only a pile of... More

The staff was horrible, very rude and totally unhelpful. The dorms are bad and there are no lockers to put your stuff. Beds were also horrible and the dorms have way too many people (more than 40 people in it!). Also they state there is WI-FI FREE BUT WAS NOT WORKING. I found the place is located in a decent... We booked two double rooms for 4 people with an arrival time of 11pm. Due to our bus running late we got in at 12.30 only to find the rudest service I've ever come across in a hostel. I've definitely stayed at my fair share of hostels/guesthouses across the world, so don't take that lightly! We were initially told we... More

We stayed a few days on a first floor double room, in one of the back buildings. The good things: - Cheap. - Big and clean room - Hot water - Location (5 min walking distance to the pub street). - Bicycle renting for 1 USD (but choose wisely as most of them are crap). - Budget restaurant with nice,...
