I stayed there for two nights whilst visiting the Angkor temples. The room was spacious, it has wifi everywhere, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is a bit tired all around but the services were very good. The swimming pool (on the small side) is used mostly by children. I used the spa and had a very... More

Stayed here as part of a cycling group for 3 nights. No complaints at all really, nice pool if you get time to use it and rooms are good too. Breakfast is especially good and has a huge choice. Good location too and fairly quiet. Nice massage place just down the road. Go to Pub Street for a lively evening... More

We spent 3 days in this hotel The rooms are big and the breakfast good with fresh fruits and variety of meals. But the hotel is oldish and the furniture is overused, in my bathroom ants have been observed!! Hot water was not available at the afternoon or night, the price is high compared to Siem Reap level of hotels... More

We have canceled our staying in this hotel due to a compulsory Xmas dinner. After booking, my friend (not me) got an extra e-mail from the hotel saying that he is obliged to have dinner on December 24th and it will cost him an extra USD 55.- . When I checked my booking, I have realized that the dinner was... More

A lovely hotel with a inside swimming pool and small garden.Room is clean and beds are comfortables but toilet is a litle outdated, location is great at the middle of every thing. The buffet is well stocked with asian hot food. There some fruit choice and the hotel probably cycles them as on my second day i catch a slight... More

Clean and comfortable hotel, with good location, service and food. Can choose a quiet room, away from the lifts. Lots to choose from in breakfast buffet, from Western to Asian choices, with noodles and omelettes made fresh to taste. Massage and spa treatments available and right next door, and shopping centre over the road. Also close to the Royal Gardens... More

Enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely hotel - most memorable was the restaurant - menu - staff and prices. The location made for an easy walk to night markets - shopping mall with wonderful local restaurant which allows you to cook your own food hot-pot style with food moving around on a conveyor belt - sushi train style. Next door... More

As a tourleader i stay many times in this hotel. Everything is good as a 4 star hotel should be. The only negative point i can say about this hotel is that the breakfast is very poor for western tourists. They only have asian food and a lot of cheap vegetables but cheese, ham or bacon is not avalable . A... More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Sept 14. We found this to be a pleasant 3 star hotel to stay in during our visit to Siem Reap. The hotel itself was of reasonably good standard and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is fairly good with plenty of shops nearby.... More

We stayed for 3 nights in Oct 2014. Very well situated, a few minutes from the night markets and Pub Street (which is brilliant by the way). A well laid out hotel with good pool in a central quadrangle and the restaurant, lobby and spa adjacent. The hotel would have received a higher rating if the overall service standard was... More
