Steung Siemreap Hotel is conveniently located along pub street and near some markets which is very convenient for travelers. You'd think it would be noisy given its proximity to those areas but it was actually very quiet in the hotel itself. The staff were friendly (they even joked around with us) and readily assisted us during our stay. The rooms... More

We stayed here in April 2014 as part of a 15 night stay around Vietnam/Cambodia. We chose the hotel for the close location to Pub St. Good Points - excellent location and I like the old school look and décor of the hotel. The pool was lovely to relax around after a day at the temples. Bad points - Staff... More

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, we were very happy - our room was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is right near Pub Street and the Night Market, but not at all noisy. We did have a few small problems: - we had a combined bath/shower, but the shower hose did... More

Our stay was very nice with the staff always smiling and wanting to help. I couldnt say a single bad thing about the customer service. The rooms however were small but accomadating. We had trouble with the shower with water spraying all over the room no matter how hard we tried to contain it. The lobby did smell as though... More

I was thrilled to see this hotel when the taxi pulled up. The location is 10/10. The rooms are very spacious and really clean. My only negatives was that the concierge desk didn't have many ideas of where to start for tours, no brochures or a map of the town and were never able to change $ into smaller denominations.... When we had booked everything out we had arranged for pick-up service from the airport and 100% my fault we asked for the wrong time to be picked-up. We landed and it was hot and we waited then called. We took measures into our own hands and when we got there saw we had been at fault. They were beyond... More

Chose this hotel due to location. It was indeed excellent in location because it's a minute walk away from Pub Street which has numerous variety of restaurants to choose from. After a tiring day of touring, you'd want some place near to eat and which good choices. A couple minutes more walk and you're in Angkor Night Market. Maybe because... More

A heritage hotel with 2 wings on each side of the road. Room allocated to the building away from restaurant and pool. Hotel provides lift service. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Room is clean, spacious and valued of what you paid for. As being a hotelier myself, "amenities spotcheck" has become part of my life whenever I checked-in into... More

Having nobody at the pool in 43c it was great to lie on the beds in the most m Amazing courtyard/pool area, not being hassled for Tuk tusk was good and the cheap prices for airport transfers...they even have tour guides that take you to Ankor... We booked for two nights before we could get into the Chateau D' Residence. There were problems right from the start. We were travelling with friends and we had booked two rooms. Both were meant to be doubles but we got twins. Breakfast was very poor quality, lacked variety, but tried to look impressive. The best feature was the location,... More
