Stayed here for five nights in a private double with en-suite in early April to explore Angkor Wat as well as other nearby sights. We didn't expect much coming from Thailand, and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of service we got at Bou Savy. Pros - Quiet, treed, private complex off the main road in Siem Reap.... Our plane landed in Phnom Penh so we initially planned on staying there overnight, but we were able to buy bus tickets for the same day so we decided to go straight to SIem Reap. We called bou savy and informed them that we'll be arriving a day earlier. We were worried that we could not fit in just 1... More

After 6 months backpacking in Asia, is the first time Im gonna write a review about a guesthouse...just because of Bou Savy complete exceeded my expectatives in every sense, and this place deserves to be discovered to other colleagues backpacking in south east asia. Bou Savy is 10 meters from the main road, which makes it relaxind and peaceful. 5... More

I read so many good things about Bou Savy. Perhaps, that was why I was disappointed. But my family of 3 were exhausted from our trip from Vietnam and it was a downright disappointing welcome to not have been picked up contrary to what they promised. It was all we can do but get another tuktuk to Bou Savy because... More

We booked into Bou Savy Guest house in March based on the reviews we had read and that it was a little out of the main tourist part of town. We were not disappointed. Everything that has been said about pick ups and cold drinks on arrival, great breakfast included and very reasonable priced dinner menu is true. Lovely leafy... More

the owner, bovorn, was very very nice to us. i was embarrassed becoz we agreed that a taxi would pick us up at the cambodian border at 11-12noon. but we arrived late, around 2pm. we boarded a different taxi as my calls weren't able to get through due to the network's roaming problem. but when we arrived in his guesthouse,... For the price room was ok, but i won' t stay here again. Room was old, dirty, bathroom was small, mold everywhere. The outside area was nice, lots of trees/plants, breakfast was good and the owner was very nice aswell. He even gave us a small souvenir when we left. the tuk tuk driver brought us to our new hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the whole I think this is a great place to stay. There are a lot of mosquitos so be sure to bring your bug spray.

The place is GOOD with EXCELLENT services. They understand what tourists need! Arriving late by bus, I was surprised to see my name on a board held by a tuktuk driver as I went down from the bus. They picked us up at the bus stop and directly drove us to Bou Savy, to have welcome drinks and cold towels... More

So relaxing, with all the little details that you don't expect at a budget place. Soft bed, clean rooms, beautiful garden, tasty breakfast, and best of all, their tuk-tuk service even picked me up from the bus station, despite the bus being delayed until after 10:30 at night! Would be very happy to return.
