Had an amazing stay at the Reaksmey Chanreas. Great location - very short walk (essentially across the road) to Pub Street, markets, and short walk to the river. Service was excellent - they helped us to book buses, arranged transfers, had an incredibly friendly and attentive waiter for breakfast every morning. The room was very clean and comfortable and laundry... More

The Reaksmey Chanreas is conveniently located in a spot that makes Pub Street, Old Market, the river and central Siem Reap at your doorstep. For value it is not too bad. We found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful of our requests. The rooms were basic but clean and the bathroom quite spacious. The pool area is beautiful.... More

Even if this hotel is not so classy I always enjoy staying here. It is giving me feeling of home somehow. The only problem is no lift in the hotel so you need to carry the luggage by your own (maybe just no porter at the moment). Also breakfast are optional (you need to pay extra) and they serve only... This hotel is very well placed a few minutes walk from the Old Market and Pub Street, and not far from the "Art Centre" (which is actually a better night market than the so-called Night Markets also nearby). The entrance and rooms are nice eye candy, not overdone, and functional. The plumbing works and the rooms are not as noisy... More

In the heart of Siem Reap touristic area, we had a very nice stay there, in a quiet room. Check in process was short, and the staff extremely kind. They booked for us some short trips. The only disadvantage was the breakfast, very poor, and when we asked for a glass of juice it was done as a favor, cause... More

I would never stay in this hotel again. The check in procedure was extremely poor and I was repeatedly questioned as to whether I had booked. I had the confirmation and it was an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience to argue it's verasity late at night. After specifically booking a two single bed room I checked into a double bed. This... More

Even after staying there 5 days I would forget the name of the hotel within an hour. Just couldn't get it right. haha Anyway, the main problem may be resolved by the time you read this review (me thinks it still could be an issue for another year knowing the pace things get done in Cambodia). The problem was that... More

I stayed here for 2 nights with 3 friends. We were able to share a triple room between 4 of us, we had air con and after working for a charity for 3 weeks were extremely thankful for the hot shower, that lasted for all 4 of us, one after the other. It is right opposite pub street, 30 seconds... More
