Stayed here for a few night and will certainly not be going back I should have read all the reviews.# Room was pleasant but not clean and was also bitten by bed bugs I think they have a big problem there. Hotel very dated tatty and dirty when you have a good look Breakfast however was good . Apart from... More

We are a group of 7 and booked this hotel, but was really hesitant from the mixed reviews from this site. Location is good as it is very near the Old Market, shops, and spas. The front office manager can hardly speak any English, so he always asks another person to communicate with us, but otherwise, service is ok, the... More

Where to begin? Think about your worst hotel experience, multiply it by 120 and you have the New Angkorland Hotel. You would be better camping on the streets than staying here. We travelled to Siem Reap for a weekend with a group of 6 people. The organization we were with rented us 3 rooms for two nights. Upon arriving from... More

This review is quite late. I previously stayed in this hotel and returned after a year. The hotel website shows an impressive hotel building, spacious rooms and lobby, health club, big outdoor pool, restaurant, and a giftshop. Everything looks elegant and we were not disappointed with what we saw when we arrived the hotel. During our first visit we had... More

Stayed here for 3 night as part of a tour. On first view of the hotel I thought it was really nice but I was wrong. On the first night when we got back from dinner we discovered that the air-con wasn't working as it was late at night we decided to tell the about it in the morning and... More

What can I say...it's terrible, rooms were dirty, they were never cleaned while we were there. We had to keep asking for towels every day, breakfast was average and the staff were unfriendly. If I had to rate this based on my hotel experience it would get a 0.

A bit old-fashioned, but clean and comfortable rooms. Safety locker was replaced swiftly. Good hot water. They value electricity, so can be a bit dark, but very very safe. We booked the tour package with a Tavel agent, frankly I was horrified with all the reviews I read, even tried to change the hotel, but couldn't. After we reached, though... More

The location is good, everything you need is very close, the night markets and restaurants are a fifteen minute walk, but why would you when a tuk-tuk ride is $2 Breakfast is buffet style and they make great omelettes to order (included). I don't know how many pools you think you need but they have three, that should cover it.... More

Stayed there in August 2013 and here are a few "highlights" of my stay.. - Booked a Deluxe Room but was only given Superior Room. Was told that's all that was available and they refused to refund the difference in the cost of the rooms (my stay was for 6 nights as well). - Stayed in first room for 1... More

We stayed at this Hotel again in July 2013. We had been very happy with our previous 2 stays but our last stay was somewhat disappointing. There was a marked deterioration in both hotel service and food. The previous visits we had been given large twin rooms (the twin beds are large enough to be used as a double), however... More
