The room was immaculately clean, the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for my requests, the laundry was returned mostly same day. The internet wifi was constantly available not always in the room but was easily fixed by a call to reception. The restaurant was filled with both western and Asian diets and extremely well priced. I... More

The location was bad, not close to anything. Need to get a tuk tuk, to get anywhere. Luckily they are cheap. The breakfast was good. Stayed as part of a intrepid tour. Good job with laundry, took one day. Give in the morning and get late afternoon.

I've been in Siem Reap many time with my office people and stay at this hotel few times but this time I feel like they improve a lot especially food. The price is not too low and not too high it affordable and good my team this time really like it. We have mix country for this trip, from Korea,... More

For 15$ you have the standard room, which is a small, smelly room which was rather depressive. The bathroom was not inviting, and there was no hot water. I asked to upgrade. For 5$ more, you get the deluxe room on the 4th floor, which seems a newer construction. It is definitely much better, except that the bathroom door would... More

Stayed here as part of a tour. Rooms are quite shabby and not particularly clean but they are cheap so you get what you pay for! Breakfast at the hotel is pretty good though. Location is fine, about 10 minutes to the markets in a tuk tuk. They did a speedy job of laundry which was great.

I was staying here as part of a tour with Intrepid. As a solo traveller I do not think it is good to put me in the room furthest from the lift. The hotel corridors are liken to a rabbit warren! The room smelt stale and was not clean. I was offered two other rooms but they just got worse.... More

Internet is unreliable. Shower is mounted on the wall at waist height, which makes it really difficult to shower easily. The pressure isn't even good. Pool is nice with plenty of loungers but doesn't get sun for long each day. No safe. Could be closer to town but tuktuk ride is only USD$1. Otherwise was clean, modern fixtures, comfy king... More

Nice pool to cool off in. A bit of a rabbit warren to find your room though. My room was on the fourth floor which was great, with a view of the pool. Unfortunately we were there when there was a funeral on, so there was regular call to prayer happening the whole time, and it was loud and pervasive,... More

We stayed at the Freedom Hotel for 3 nights. The room was OK, the shower is poor. Why do hotels put fridges in rooms where the power goes out when you leave the room? They end up being unplugged and musty smelling as ours was. Ditch the fridge and fix the showers people! Our kettle was broken and it took... More

This place was suggested by a very nice Dutch man that my husband and I met at the border. It was comfortable and the staff was lovely. It is not luxury, by any means, but for south East Asia, it's not bad at all! It is clean and the beds are comfortable. No strange creatures crawled on me in the... More
