What a lovely hotel, beautiful location, clean and tidy. We were upgraded to their top suites which was lovely....it just means a bigger room really. Not many of the front line staff spoke or understood english which is shame. Breakfast is very busy mainly because everyone is trying to get to the temples early...make sure you get there early! We... More

Location: Very nicely located, while it is at the corner of a junction with easy access to various transport options, this location is about only 15mins by TukTuk to the infamous Angkor Wat.... TIP: this means it allows you to return to hotel to enjoy a good buffet breakfast, after watching early sunrise at Angkor Wat ard 5.30am.... After which... More

Wonderful service, a five minute walk to the circus (a must see experience) and a generally nice hotel. Coffee is the local brew - if coffee is your addiction, either tal your own or head to Sister Srei for an arabica hit.

We checked in having only booked in the hour before (we checked out early from a hotel that was not fit to stay in). The staff greeted us warmly, and we were able to go to our room within half an hour. The room was a very nice size, and well appointed with all a couple could need. The pool... More

We spent 5 days in Siem Reap in November 2014 visiting Angkor Wat, angkor Thom and scores of temples and antiquities. At the end of each tiring day we were happy to get back to our hotel to rest and rejuvenate before we took off on a culinary expedition each nght in the streets outside our hotel. The staff was... This resort is the perfect paradise, especially after a day of crawling through the temples of Angkor. From the airport pick-up with cool towels and cold water to the welcome by traditionally atired doormen, the welcome drink and obliging staff. The room - with complimentary upgrade- was beyond words. The included breakfast buffet accomodated every type of breakfast enjoyed worldwide!... More

Situated in a great location. Upon arrival received free 15 min massage vouchers which I used for foot massages. Room are good size and clean. Pool area is great area to chill out. Buffet breakfast had a good assortment of food. Quality of dinner meal could have been better.
