I can proves that it is a great hotel because the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The room are well prepared and there is a nice and delicious free breakfast. Even you can enjoy swimming in a large and nice swimming pool, have some exercise in the gym for free. Wifi are also free in your room with a... More

Stayed here for a few days. What a great place, very attentive staff Lovely old hotel full of carved wood panels. Bedroom well fitted out very comfortable. Breakfast can be hectic (lot of Chinese guests ) but ha-ho were on holiday so no problem. Handy for picking up a tuk tuk just outside for your visit to Angkor Wat. Whole... More

Incredible service and stunning presentation. We were very impressed by the concierge in particular who gave us his personal attention throughout checkin and leading us to our room. Siem Reap is not big, so there are few 'bad' locations and it seems all the big hotels are along National Hwy 6 - so just a short (and cheap) tuk tuk... More

The beds here are terrible, the lobby and rooms are filled with Mosquitos and the food is not good. We had the front desk call for an exterminator which was a guy with a can of raid... More

We stayed 5 nights at Christmas. Started badly when hotel airport transfer did not happen and they had no record of our reservation. lucky I could produce my booking receipt and mastercard statement with full payment. The foyer is magnificent and grand as are all the hallways. The rooms are ok with good a/c. We had a good view over... More

Stayed 1 night at this hotel during my biz trip at SiemReap city. The hotel is really good and big due to two hotels under Empress Hospitality Group connecting. It's a huge land and nice swimming pool. I am highly to recommend for this hotel
