It's a decent hotel with a bit of local charm and good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a big hotel and caters to big groups of tourists (mostly Chinese it appears). Rooms are big, and bathrooms are nice and modern. Furniture is simple and nice, and not overbearing. Breakfast could be better. Items (particularly pastries) could... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights, it's a very big hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room we had was the family room which was two rooms linked, it was clean although the tv set was old, i watched tv from my laptop instead. Minibar pricelist was expensive so bring food and drink from town. Like... More

First of all, this place has no good wifi, I don't know whether it only happened in my room or it is a common issue, it's very difficult to get wifi and the speed is ver low. I have to come to the lobby to get wifi. Second of all, the room service is terrible. I asked for a pen... More

Always pre book as staff refuse to price match, even if its a small price difference. Expect to fight with mainland Chinese every morning to get a single piece of food from the buffet. There is not a single coconut in the entire hotel, even though dishes and drinks display pictures of them, and they are listed for sale. Prices... More

When we arrived, they got us in a two twin beds and we are a couple. The issue was corrected after a 30 minutes wait. Our room was located in the corner with some view to the pool. Bed room was in good condition and clean but we can't say much about the bathroom. shower curtain was full of mold... More

After spending 5 nights at NagaWorld in Phnom Penh - we found Empress Angor a proper hotel, where one deserves to stay for some peaceful rest. Loved the food, and breakfast (selection is not great though), and the staff (always willing to help). And the pool is great for hot days of Cambodia.

We stayed in early July at the Empress. Firstly, I must say this hotel was not our first choice, but after a disastrous night at our other accommodation we looked on trip advisor for a hotel that we thought would suit our needs and checked out the rates, we then jumped in a Tuk Tuk and went and negotiated with... Located in the middle of the OldTown and Airport , hence i would say its a nice location . A great hotel serve 5 star services. The room is extremely big enough even the lead in catergory . From the hotel to oldtown took less than 5 mins by TUK TUK and cost USD4 for 2 ways (after bargained)

After months of planning I have to say we were let down! During our stay we endured a lot of noise and a pool that was out of order! The hotel was busy with renovations and it was an absolute nightmare. No time for relaxation, hammering drilling etc ect from 7:30am in the morning and some evenings till 10pm. After... More

I was traveling in a group of 27 people and I stayed in room 301, it waa a long walk from the lift to the room. Hotel lighting: The hotel tries to save power at certain times of the day and the lobby is frightening at certain times of the day when it is dark. The rooms: The rooms are... More
