We stayed 5 nights at Christmas. Started badly when hotel airport transfer did not happen and they had no record of our reservation. lucky I could produce my booking receipt and mastercard statement with full payment. The foyer is magnificent and grand as are all the hallways. The rooms are ok with good a/c. We had a good view over... More

Stayed 1 night at this hotel during my biz trip at SiemReap city. The hotel is really good and big due to two hotels under Empress Hospitality Group connecting. It's a huge land and nice swimming pool. I am highly to recommend for this hotel

The hotel looks like a four star but has many issues. The spa lacks in cleanliness and sanitation. Airport transportation was poor. They failed to pick me up at the airport as arranged and did not compensate me for out of pocket expense. The staff has exceptionally poor English skills. Once taken to my room they did not show or... More

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Pool is nice. Food is ok. Extremely polite staff. But. We had pre-bought two 'superior family rooms' for 4 persons each from expedia and sent 7 emails to confirm the room details from the hotel and the airport pick-up. We got positive answers only to our airport pick-up requests. When we landed at 10... More

Although it looks quite impressive, this is hotel is nothing special. Good breakfast and bad WiFi (maybe it's a Cambodian problem, as we had the same issue in Phnom Penh), Location is a bit out of the center, but close to the Airport

Near nice eateries and Angkor Thom. Room are spacious and clean. Services were good and am surprised to find basic needs like razor, tooth brush/toothpaste and comb in the bathroom as many hotels stopped providing them.

Beautifully appointed and furnished hotel, it makes you feel as if you stepped back in time to the Angkor Empire. Had the 2nd floor corner suite which was sapcious, although the bathroom was proportionally smaller. Chinese guests smoked in their rooms and even the management could not stop them from doing that. Result: slightly smokey air in the corridor leading... More
