Exterior and interior were very clean and spacious. Great pool to relax at after a long day sightseeing. All of the staff spoke very good English. I beleive that it is utilized by many Korean tour agencies as the majority of the guests were from South Korea. Good breakfast buffet with both western and asian food. Our A/C worked fine... More

Looks wonderful from the outside and the reception area however the rooms are spacious but tired. Ancient TV with no English channels, bathroom needs updating. Room cleaners left dirty glasses and cups I pointed this out to reception but nothing was done about it. Air Con simply will not get room cold, and engineer could not fix it. Hotel well... More

Empress Angkor hotel was in a good location, not very close to town but relatively quiet. The breakfast is adequate, however, it would appear that it does not cater to Western tastes much, it is mainly Asian and particularly Korean with its style of food. The politeness of the staff was very good, however, the service at breakfast could have... More

We stayed in adjoining rooms at the Empress Angkor. The first impression was the spectacular entrance lobby and front garden. The rooms were enormous, timber-lined and well appointed. The only advice is to make sure you have a window or glass doors as one of the rooms was windowless. The second room had a balcony looking on to the pool... More

Beautiful old wood throughout hotel. Excellent location, not too far from main area. Easy to get tuk tuk. Breakfast was lavish, service excellent and the rooms remind me of what "Old Cambodia" luxury looked like. Everything worked well. The hotel bar had very reasonable prices and great ambiance. Pool is nice. Stayed 4 days. Hired Sopanha, a licensed tour guide,... More

I agree with Kathleen. The tour buses are annoying. They come in swarms and I must agree that it was not fun dealing with them. They are loud, obnoxious and rude. They overtake breakfast where you have to wait 15minutes for eggs and completely swamp the lobby where you can even sit for 5 minutes waiting for a car. On... More

This is actually an awful hotel. I was booked there for three nights while in Siem Reap visiting the temples and moved to another hotel as fast as I could. I should have known by the rows and rows of suitcases chained up near the front door, like at an airport when flights have been severely screwed up, that this... More

Made this selection after much reviewing of the large selection of hotels in this area. Beautiful lobby, absolutely spotless. The service is wonderful. Breakfast was large buffet, included in the price and had lots of choices. Great happy hour and dinner for excellent. great bang for your buck! More

As with other reviews you can not argue with the amazing grandeur of this hotel. The rooms are large clean and well maintained with small balconies to sit out on. The location is a little out of town about a $3 tuk tuk ride each way. The swimming pool and dining area was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast catered... More
