I found this through a friend's recommendation. The building is a modernist take on garden apartment rooms opening onto a pool. The restaurant is on a roof terrace with the bar, where you can sit in the evening with a long cool drink and plan the next day's temples. The food is much better than most hotels, though the spices... More

Sure, this is not the newest or most luxurious place in the world. However the staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and informal. In so many hotels, eating in their dining room is a lonely experience. This is certainly not the case here. The hotel restaurant is busy and full of... More

FCC Angkor was a very nice place to stay at, thanks to its lovely staff. Breakfast food is below average and so were the cocktails, so I would not recommend eating there especially since there are amazing restaurants close by.

Attractive modern rooms surround a small pool, that we never had time to sample. Great outdoor lively bar and nice restaurant. Well located for temples and close to some modern art shops. Walkable but a bit far to the main downtown pub street. Tuk tuks are readily available and cheap. 5 - 10 minutes to downtown bar/restaurant area in a... More

We stayed five nights at FCC in August, taking a suite and a standard double room under the Grand Temples Circuit package... It was excellent all round - the standard and finish of the rooms, the lovely touches with flowers, fruit and incense, the design and feel of the hotel itself, the beautiful infinity pool, the service, the restaurant food,... Delicious food in an eclectic setting with 5-star service! Everything is good … the food, drinks, smiles … Don't miss it when you come to Siem Reap. The western mains are as good as the Asian staples … There is an open air balcony where you can sip drinks or watch the sun go down over the river. Prices are... More

Stayed at FCC Angkor for 3 nights and felt very comfortable and at ease within the compound. The pool is unattended and we had the whole pool to ourselves which was splendid. The Aspara Spa service is good and we tried the hot stones therapy for 90 mins in a private room for 2 that offers relaxing atmosphere. They threw... More

The FCC has to be one of the best spots to base yourself in Siem Reap. We had 3 nights there and enjoyed every moment of it. The location is ideal, situated overlooking the the river and just a short stroll into all of the action, but far enough to get away and unwind. The complex itself is also very... More

We landed in Siam Reap and had originally booked only 3 nights, we soon decided to book an extra one, so we could really relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Siam Reap and the magic of the temples. The FCC took care of everything for us and it made it so much easier to unwind. As an introduction... More
