Very average room. No shower curtain water went everywhere. No hot water. Fans in foyer broken so very hot. Breakfast very average. Front desk personal had little or no English which made communication difficult. Hotel has awesome potential but some serious money needs to spent on fixing the infrastructure and training of the staff.

Very average breakfast and tables not cleared quickly giving the meals area a grubby look upon entering as lots of dishes on tables left for over an hour whilst we had breakfast. Sheets quite yellow and rooms need to be serviced more professionally Owners spend some money and employ some senior staff. Young staff need good team leaders. They will... More

A lot of mould in the room from a leaking roof, really noisy aircon, internet didn't work in the room (staff were not helpful at all, told me to use the internet in the lobby), rusty water in the shower, pool was unkept. Looks like it would have been a great hotel in the past but is now quite run... More

Whoever is running this hotel is pretty lax about it. It's getting very run down, the staff aren't helpful or friendly. Our power points weren't all working and they were an electrical hazard - half hanging off the wall, the bar/pool area wasn't cleaned, and very few pool towels provided. You could skip the breakfast- wasn't great and if they... More

This hotel looks great from the outside & our checking in process was alright. However, after that the facade faded; There is nothing in the room fridge/mini bar The rooms show clear evidence of poor maintenance/neglect such as rust stains on the toilet bowl, water stains on the ceiling & scorch marks around power points influencing our friends not to... We stayed here for two nights at the end of a two week Vietnam and Cambodia Tour plus an extra three nights to rest after the trip. On the bus to the Hotel the guide kept stressing this was a 4 Star Hotel. It was anything but. In the room two of the main power points were dangerous and loose... More

Initially the hotel looked quite nice but we quickly discovered this was not the case. The room was very tired looking. The tiles in the shower were rust stained, the towels were thin and one was very yellow. In the evening when ordering a dessert from the pool bar (which was the only area food was available) each item I... More

I've been staying at Casa for more than a decade, but no more. The new owners have ruined a great hotel. Just a few examples: my room had now towels, the lamps didn't work, the safe was locked open so that it was unusable; and there was a rollaway bed in the middle of the floor which made it diffficult... An older hotel, tired, in need of major renovation and refreshed staff. The hotel seemed to be almost empty. Yes, it was low season, but there were still plenty of tourists around town. The former good breakfast buffet was unavailable and replaced with a choice of either an 'American' or 'Asian' breakfast.

Good location, with restaurants and Mini Marts etc close by. The hotel looks good from the outside and is convenient for drop-off/pick-up by tour guides etc. The foyer area is spacious and comfortable for waiting for transport etc., and the breakfast room is a large area just off the foyer - it is only used for breakfast. We found plenty... More
