Comfortable, well-serviced rooms. Gym and pool for the energetic. Reception staff seemed not as competent as on previous visits. Close to main drag and river. Transport readily available. Buffet breakfast a big plus.

This place looks like an old heritage building but it is in good condition and it may need a freshen up, such as umbrellas and lounges by the pool. The staff are friendly and it's just a walking distance to the main area for massages, food, shopping. There is a lot of potential but for 3 star it was good.

Our stay was a mixed bag. Very friendly service but some frustrating elements such as hot water running out in shower and pool closed one day for maintenance. We were very appreciative of their supplying a baby crib/cot, for example, yet it was clearly just out of storage and very, very dusty (the bedding even had some mouse droppings). The... More

We spent 3 days in Siem Reap as part of a guided tour to see the temples. The hotel itself was quite pretty with lots of wooden ornaments and open spaces. The pool looked nice although we didn't get a chance to use it while we were there. The breakfast was a good mix of local and Western food although... More

Stayed here a year ago and was overall impressed by the hotel. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was massive, with a dining room and lounge which was nice, however the in room WiFi which I paid extra for was pretty poor and the service constantly cut out (I didn't really come for the WiFi... Stayed four nights in this hotel and had an overall pretty good experience. The hotel is centrally located within the French quarter of city and within walking distance to the markets and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious , and with a balcony. The ACs are old and no longer cool the room as it should, they should be replaced.... More

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights . I would rate this hotel as "very good". The staff were all friendly and courteous. Our hotel room was clean. The service we received was great. We had the chance to have a massage at the hotel and the staff were all professional. The daily breakfast was good.... More

Excellent property with great service and lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was great and a tuk tuk was USD2.00 (or USD1.00 per passenger) into the heart of Siem Reap. Would stay here again, we could not fault anything. A little disappointed with massage, it was just OK. Dale, Andy and Liz.

For our tour of the Angkor Wat temples and the evening delights of Siem Reap this was a great base. Clean, comfortable rooms with no street noise meant we could recover and relax after temple days and market nights. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value too! Only question was the pool. It appeared clean but had a funny smell.... More
