Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Came with a group. I went to have a shower only to find my room had no towels. One of the other people in the group's first room had a dirty bathroom with hair in the bath and the second room she was shown had blood stains on the mattress. They eventually found... More

Elegant hotel, however the magnificent Cambodian artefacts in reception would be better displayed if the hotel removed some of the surplus tub chairs, which gives the impression of a furniture storeroom. Carved wooden fittings in the bedrooms give a opulent feel and rooms spacious though one sour note was that my toilet had to be unblocked twice. Fabulous pool area.... More

For £25 a night we thought it was fantastic value. Very posh and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It did take about 25-30 min walk to the centre but you can get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The only thing which wasn't amazing was breakfast only as the food was always almost gone and empty when we... More

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with balcony facing pool and reasonable size for small size hotel. No safety box in room. Basic amenities . No coffee provided and kettle available without a plug point around. Breakfast limited choice. Will come back.

I stayed with a group at this hotel as part of G Adventures Essential Cambodia tour. From the moment of our arrival, the staff here were the height of politeness, friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms are large and airy, and the beds were comfortable. AC worked fine in my room and bathroom had a separate bath and shower cubicle. Overall... More

For the price I paid, the hotel is great. The room is big and clean. Not walking distance to the night market. You need to ride tuktuk to get to the night market (1usd per person). You can ask one from the receptionist. Our flight is in the evening. after checking out, we were still allowed to use their facilities... More

This hotel is okay...not great, not terrible. Quite dated design in area but clean and nice communal areas including a pool. Gym very dated. Room not great - fairly clean but again dated. Bathroom door didn't lock, and three nails poking out of bathroom door. ***NO SAFE IN THE ROOM/RECEPTION But can leave items with reception in envelope*** Breakfast nice... More

This hotel was a lovely place to stay. It is very easy to find and is not far from the night market or pub street. It cost us 3USD to get from this hotel to pub street in a tuk tuk. The staff were very welcoming and brought our bags up to our rooms for us. The rooms were lovely,... More

So let me start by saying this is a really great hotel, and was a perfect place to come home to after some very hot days in Siem Reap. The staff are really friendly, and within our 3 day stay we became very good friends with some of them. The reception area is of great standard, and there's a really... More
