Third floor room had poor air con that could not cool room during hot afternoon. Shower also had mould and did not drain. No food available for evening dinner and limited pool drinks selection. On positive note, reception staff were friendly and helped order take away pizza. Laundry was done efficiently. Mini bar was reasonably priced and stocked and beds... More

We stayed here for two nights in mid-February as part of a GAdventure trip. The room (a double I shared with a friend, so we had two separate beds) was spacious and the beds comfortable. We had two free bottles of water, which is common in this region. The pool was great after a hot ride, but it was a... More

This is a very clean, very comfortable hotel, and my stay of a couple of days was a very pleasant one. The room I had was enormous, and I understand it was a typical room, so that is positive. The bathroom was clean, modern, well supplied, and everything (well, nearly everything) worked properly. The service was on par with what... More

We recently stayed at the Prum Bayon for a couple of nights whilst on a tour of Siem Riep. It was clean and the staff friendly. Our room didn't have a safe but reception kindly looked after all our personal belongings and was no trouble to access. The rooms were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was ok. One day we had a... More

the hotel is clean, the staf are polite and welcoming, breakfast is quite good, the restaurant prices are very fair, the pool is a good size and although not heated was lovely in the hot afternoons. Well placed, just a 2-3 dollar tuk tuk ride from the centre of the action in Pub Street and on the right side of... More

A great property, located within a $2 tuk tuk ride from the downtown area. We rented mountain bikes to tour Angkor Wat from the adjacent bike store, great service. The hotel is very comfortable, and quiet too. Did not use the pool (Brrrrh) but some of my friends did, and enjoyed it. I just watched from my balcony, cocktail in... More

Prum Bayou is a 3 stars hotel. great location with 15 minutes walk to Pub Street, friendly and helpful staffs, Safe Place to stay, recommend a few nights here in Siem Reap, travels around by foot and Tuk Tuk which is easy to find. Breakfast is good and start early, great for morning tour departures.

An excellent hotel to act as a base for Angkor Wat complex and the town. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, and had both bath and shower. Breakfasts were good and the staff attentive and amusing to talk to. A lovely pool which was most welcome after a 4.30 start to see the sun rise over Angkor Wat. A... More

An inviting pool, yum breakfast, and comfortable beds. I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour and I really enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly service, good location, not too noisy. Rooms were not huge but were adequate. Unfortunately the power was out when I first arrived here but that was due to a freak accident and not... More
